Bought back in May a perfume for my daughter's birthday. She got several of the same, so we returned the on we bought.
We followed the return instructions from Parfumdreams 100%. Now, 4 months later we still haven't received a penny back.
We have now heard of several people who have experienced exactly the same thing. The same stupid answers about us having to fill out this and that before they can process the case. Although track and trace shows that they received the item back 4 months ago. It's INSANE if you can run a business this way.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.....

I've bought Lancome Cure Absolue…
I've bought Lancome Cure Absolue Nurturing Brightening Oil-in-Gel cleanser. I opened it one week ago, but the scent was like just expired because of the date of producing was January 2019 (26 months) according to it's batch-code 40S100. I don't know how it was conserved during these 26 months, but it is not have a bad scent only but also I've got deep acne after I used that. I threw it away! It costs about 50 euro.

No free testers even though I checked on check out
When I was at checkout, the website suggested the free sample testers that is also one of the things that parfumedreams promotes. I was disappointed to find only my perfume in the package. But anyway, I still recommend this page, the perfume was great. Will come back to reorder again.

I placed an order on 12.12.2020 for…
I placed an order on 12.12.2020 for goods i struggled to find elsewhere. The courier used was DHL who said my address was incorrect & held them at Ancona, still 115km from my home. I contacted both DHL & Parfumdreams to clarify my address (which was correct), I got no response from DHL, the reply from ParfumD was that my order would be delivered the next day. On the 28.12.20 DHL returned the order to sender (tracker not updated since). Since then I have sent 3 e-mails to ParfumD asking them to issue me a refund, they are insistent on saying they will issue a refund once they receive the goods from DHL which have now been in transit for 18 days!! They seem unable to understand that their contract is with the customer and not the courier, it is unreasonable to expect a customer to wait for a refund until they have received the product from the courier - take it up with them!!
