Patience required if issue occurs

Order 152577296
I placed my order for two makeup powder products on May 14, 2025. I received them reasonably quickly; however, one of the powders was shuttered/broken. I contacted the Parfumdreams the same day of delivery and received an automated message that customer service would reply soon. Today is May 28 and nobody is doing anything. Please avoid this seller. Discounts are good, but if you encounter the problem with your order then all your money is lost!

Yes, I received a message from Porfumdreams two weeks after posting my complaint on Trustpilot, and yes, I immediately sent an email directly to them as advised. Crickets, nothing is happening “immediately” as promised. It might be a case when a company pretends to address an issue on public platform but still does nothing to actually address customers’s complaints. Watch out! The saga continues…

I received a response from Irene, a representative from Parfumdreams, after my negative review on Trustpilot and another email to customer service. She offered me 5 € discount on the broken product. The offer was laughable and offensive in the same time. She made it sound like it would be more enjoyable to use the product knowing that I got it for even better price. I refused her offer and requested a return shipping label to send it back to them, because she said that Parfumdreams can refund me for broken product if I return it to them. Crickets again, no response. AVOID Parfumdreams! The company’s disrespect for customers’ time, money and efforts is appalling!!!

Authentic perfumes with appropriate prices

I bought a perfume for Christmas 2024 for my girlfriend. Under the holiday period prices get frustrating high, luckily I found this website which has appropriate and competitive pricing all over the website even in Christmas period. They handled the package fast, the customer service was responsive via phone, I had to contact them because it was taking a bit of over time to be shipped so I had to know if it’d arrived before Christmas. It did. The present was largely appreciated. Nice prices, good customer service, well-done prices

I ordered a pink hair dye and got a purple one. I’ve contacted the company over three times to know if I could get a refund or If I should send the package back and they can send me another one with the right color but no one has contacted me since. It’s been well over a week. Their customer service is horrible and that awful robot always says no one is available. I have used Klarna for that website (pay in 30days) and I signaled the problem to them as I will not be paying for something that isn’t correct.

I just made an order paying with paypal…

I just made an order paying with paypal and after I finished the payment there was a message “ there has been a problem “ and the order was not been completed but my debit card has been charged. I do not have an order number but the amount has been changed to my card! I am trying to contact the customer service but it is basically impossible. Stay away from this site if you don’t want to lose money!!!

NEVER EVER SHOP HERE........

Bought back in May a perfume for my daughter's birthday. She got several of the same, so we returned the on we bought.
We followed the return instructions from Parfumdreams 100%. Now, 4 months later we still haven't received a penny back.
We have now heard of several people who have experienced exactly the same thing. The same stupid answers about us having to fill out this and that before they can process the case. Although track and trace shows that they received the item back 4 months ago. It's INSANE if you can run a business this way.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.....
