We used parcels2ship as they offered a service for long parcels for items no other service would handle, as such we have now used the service several times and found it to be competitive and reliable, will almost certainly use again.

I have used this company many times over the past few years to send large parcels to my family in New Zealand.The labels for my parcel which I sent recently were ready to print off the same day.The service which was used was Worldwide Parcelforce but at half the price.I dropped the parcel off at the depot myself but had the option to have it collected if I wanted to.Sent off on a Monday and the parcel arrived the following Monday.The parcel was tracked so that you could follow it on its journey.
I would not use any other company as this one is cheap,reliable and excellent value for money

I've used this company to send parcel to my grandchildren in Germany for sometime now and never had any problems always a super service very quick and very cheap too .

I was sending a big heavy parcel and Parcel 2 ship sorted it for a good price and when there was a glitch - city link couldnt find my house, they sorted a better solution so i could get my parcel moving.

Arranged pick up of a most awkward item unboxed but wrapped towbar. The courier was efficent with pick up, on time collection and fabulous deliveryto myself. I cannot recommend them enough and on 1st choice favourite list for parcel collection/delivery.

I'm still waiting for the promised partial refund.

I used parcel to ship recently for an urgent delivery and found them to be informative, good value and went the extra mile in terms of service.

Simple to use and will nearly always save you money wether you sent one parcel a month or 100 a month. Try it!

Very simple to use and provided more options than using the Royal Mail/Parcelforce. Prices seem to be very competitive.
Just one downside - I had to make the final payment over the phone rather than through the website. Parcel2ship hands over to PayPal to make the payment and the Paypal page would not let me pay with my credit card without insisting I opened a Paypal account, which I did not want to do. However, the lady at Parcel2ship was very helpful and we managed the payment over the phone instead. One for the techies to sort out.

I had never previously sent boxes abroad and suddenly had to ship 4 x 20kg boxes to the USA. Although the whole process was new to me, it proved pretty straightforward. I did have to call customer service a couple of times to check things I was unsure about, but I was answered immediately and got clear instructions.

I was also very pleased with the cost - at £66 per box it was much cheaper than other carriers I had researched. The boxes were picked up promptly when expected and best of all they were delivered to my relative in Wisconsin (deep out in the sticks) in 5 working days. Well done!
