Please beware, this company will withhold and keep your money at the first opportunity.

Having booked a collection in from the Netherlands, but unfortunately had to cancel this as the supplier doesn’t ship to the UK.

When I informed them of this, they told me there are keeping 50% of my refund (over £200). Absolute scum bags!

Worst company ever, 1 no update on delivered or not, so impossible to work with ebay.
2. Have 2 parcels lost, ordered ups next day service the costumer recived it 2weeks later after nightmare of costumer service boming.
3. Empty promises update you, if u dont be on they’re back they don’t bother doing anything.
4. As business stoped using them and whent straight to courier business got back on track.
BE AWARE, HAVE PEACE OF MIND AND DONT USE THEM !!!!

Extremely poor quality of service
Sent an international package through Parcel2go, its 10th day and still they have it in UK in depot for last 10 days. No sense of urgency.

Any news?
I have been waiting for my boxes since 3 month and have an insurance.
This company ask me for proof to open a claim because I want my money back, while they are the one who made a mistake it is a shame. Never use this company. Also, I dont understand why my boxes are in a storage somewhere....?

I used them to ship to the US, and the item never arrived. I called the shipping company but was told i needed to go through Parcel2ship as they had the contract on the shipment.

When I went through parcel2ship, both customerservice people I spoke to were rude and unhelpful.

I've had to beg the shipping company to deal with this as I refuse to keep being spoken to in the way Parcel2Ship (nominated carrier) has been doing over the past few weeks.

Really really bad service!! No one calls you back at all despite numerous calls!! They don't fulfil their promise of making initial contact in 2 days. Wondering if I am going to get my goods at all!!

I paid an insurance to cover the goods that i shipped to France, a third of the goods were damaged (probably the pallet fell down to the floor), unfortunately parcel2ship are messing around with the papers to provide in order to avoid paying for the damage...a shameful attitude...but i will not give up

I recently used this company to deliver a pallet. They told me it would take 2-3 working days which was fine as I needed it within four. It arrived after eight days and when I complained they weren't interested and basically said that they don't provide any service SLA so it gets there when it gets there!

What's the point of a delivery service you can't rely on?

I'll use someone else in future and recommend that you do too.

This was my first experience. I have called initially and was told it was all to be done on the website.
Done everything online and was waiting for pickup.
I called to confirm and was told the pickup was from 9am-5pm! I had to ask my mother inlaw to stay at home and wait.
16:55 and they were still not here.
Called again and customer service told me collection has failed. What does this mean? They attempted collection 7:23am in the morning -but actually I was at home!
Customer service called parcelforce and they said it was an error.
Waited till 18:30!
The agent collected it and it took more than a week. I was panicking It was really worrying as money has been taken already.
I did not feel they were friendly at all.
I will wait for a month to try again.
