The website my husband and I feel is one of the hardest ones we have ever navigated and he is a computer programmer/designer. Please, someone pretend you are a customer and try to do a birthday card with the photograph.
The cards are lovely, but the ordering is extremely difficult and discouraging.

I am a repeat customer - I am in Hawai’i - the first time I made a purchase the shipping was only $6.99 to Hawai’i and now it’s $49.99 - Hawai’i is part of the US, and we can receive shipping like any other state - not sure why we don’t have normal options anymore for shipping. I have to ship to my brother and wait for him to bring it home or ship it separately on his own to me.

Beautoful products but when I tried to add a gift message on my order (minutes after placing), I was told it wasn't possible via an AI bot. A bit disappointing to not even have the option to even have my message passed to a real person to consider.

Your Website made it easy to choose the right product and the customization was simple with plenty of options to use. Delivery was prompt and the product First Class. Thank you for a great service.

I have finally found my planner! This will be my second year using Papier. I have been waiting for the 2026 mid-year to drop and am so excited to receive it. The customizable part are fun and make them unique to the user. The paper quality is by far the best. It makes my want to use my planner because it so smooth.
