Bought a pair of shoes from them, as their business address in Amsterdam thought they'd be coming from there.
Tracking comes through, and they're coming straight from China - has taken 2 weeks for them to arrive and the shoe is too big so looked at returns and this has to be covered by the buyer, so looking at around £30+ from the UK.
Would 100% avoid this company like the plague - shoes aren't a good quality and you're basically wasting your money from dropshipped shoes

Very disappointing experience.
The website advertises a 60-day return policy, but after delivery I was told sale items are exchange-only. This contradiction is not made clear at checkout.
It was also not disclosed that items are shipped from China. I only learned this when support told me I would need to return the order to China at my own cost. The product quality was very poor and not as described.
Customer service responses felt automated and generic, failed to address my actual points, and replies were extremely slow. The only resolution offered was a 10% refund to keep the items or expensive international return shipping with no clear confirmation of a full refund.
Based on my experience and the similarity to other reviews here, this feels like a dropshipping setup with misleading returns information. I would avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! I bought a pair of shoes from here to which it said would take 5 to 10 working days, from there apparent warehouse/shop in Netherlands. This is all a lie, it came from China and took over 6 weeks to get here. After wearing the shoes no more than 5 times, the sole on both shoes have ripped half off( the shoe cost £331 RRP). I then reported this issue, to which i got a reply with 10% off my order or send them back to China ( I had to pay for the return) After back and forth i eventually got them to 50% off after weeks of emails. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AWFULLY MADE SHOES.

I ordered the shoes three weeks ago. When I tried to track the order, the status consistently indicated that it was still in the warehouse. After these three weeks, the delivery person suddenly arrived at my door with the package.
The delivery process could be improved by providing more frequent updates, or at least a notification when the delivery is scheduled. I was fortunate to be at home that day; otherwise, I would have had to collect the package elsewhere.
The shoes themselves are of good quality, although they fit slightly larger than expected.

1. I contacted you on January 10th, the SAME DAY I placed the order, to cancel it. You had 3 days to stop the shipment but chose to ignore my request.
2. Your website claims you're based in the Netherlands. NOWHERE on your website or during checkout does it mention China or international return shipping. This is fraud.
3. You're now demanding I pay €50-80 to ship a €93 product back to China - a cost you deliberately hid to trap customers into keeping wrong orders.
4. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you are REQUIRED to disclose return procedures and costs BEFORE purchase.
You failed to do this. Under EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC), falsely advertising your business location is illegal.

European Consumer Centre (ECC)
Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM)
Revolut fraud department
You can either:
Refund me €93.46
Provide a NETHERLANDS return address (since that's where you claim to be based)
Deal with regulatory investigations
