From when l ordered a wrist watch until I received it everything went to plan I was kept well informed at every step in the assembly of the watch also the delivery date was spot on, The watch is a Aquamarine

I bought two whatch from Panzera one,Time master 45C in 2022,and one Fliger 45 GMT in 2024.
I love this two whatch for now are very precise and good looking i use both, every day.The watch is excellent value for money and good quality.
Absolutely delighted with the purchase and will definitely be buying again.
Customer service.....
I received a Panzera watch as a birthday gift in 2021. The watch looks amazing, and I have received many great comments about it.
However, the crown and stem simply fell off the watch as I was trying to change the date in early May, 2024.
I do like the watch, but I'm concerned with the quality of the product as I never had owned a watch where the crown comes off.
I have reached out to their customer service department by email trying to get it fixed or replaced.
Unfortunately, it has been a long process to receive clear and quick responses from the company.
Today June 10th, I received an email mentioning that I can purchase parts and for more than 100$ with shipping and have it repaired by a local watch maker which will also charge mor than 100$ for repairs.
Not impressed....

Poor quality, flawed design, great looking - but useless when broken
Quick update: I wrote one more time to Panzera and asked for their comments/suggestions. I received no response. I feel I have given them a chance to comment on my review but this has not happened. I can only conclude that they hope I will give up and go away. ….
Great designs, bought mine at the end of last year with a 6 month sailing trip in mind. Initially rubber strap became unstitched. Company agreed to send me a new one. I picked one, they sent the wrong one but did remedy this after a second round of email. However only trouble since then. The strap interchangeable fixing is too week. The buckle detaches from the strap with very little strain (eg catching on jeans while walking) and this happens 2-3 times a week with all of the 3 straps I now own. Then whilst on our trip away from home, the hour hand of the watch fell off the spindle, the watch is useless. After a couple of exchanges of email with the customer service team, they asked for video, pictures and for some reason proof of purchase (which they sent me at the same email address and I already provided with the straps issues).
They now insist that I must return the watch to Australia (I am Uk based, travelling in Greece). The problem is absolutely clear from the video they asked for. There is no practical way to know my location for planning future sending and receiving. I explained to them the experience of a friend who had a minor problem with a competitor’s watch and was sent a new one on the strength of a phone call, pending sending back the old one when convenient at the company’s cost.
Panzera refuse any such approach.
They show no trust or goodwill in their client. They advertise their products as rugged and sport oriented. They are not, I am now without a watch that I thought I could rely on. Design-flawed strap mechanism, poor build quality at least in my watch and inflexible, unhelpful service lacking goodwill.

Poor quality Panzera watch.
I agree with some of the comments about the overall lacklustre performance and quality of the watch. I was very pleased to receive the watch in its quality packaging. Proud to wear it and nurtured it with pride. It wasn't long, 3 months or thereabouts, it started to lose time 5 to 10 mins per day. Months later, i start to see some blemishing on inner face plate of the watch. It has never been exposed to any wet environment, including doing the dishes. The leather strap has lost its coating, something you see on those cheap faux leather straps. Having read various complaints from different sources, and my stock standard email response from the company, I'm reluctant to spend any more time, money and effort in dealing with them. Looking forward to their sympathetic replies.

Panzera Aquamarine 45Q Purchase Experience
I spent a lot of time researching multiple watch brands and happily stumbled upon Panzera. The Aquamarine 45Q was artfully displayed along with the companies other watch offerings in a way that had me coming back multiple times per day just to take in the ambiance of the many stellar motion capture videos and beautiful photos depicting their various watches. It was then that I reached out to their CS team via their instant messenger and communicated with multiple members of their team regarding questions I had regarding particular models. I found their responses to be incredibly helpful and their response times to be stellar even with their being roughly 12 hours of time zones separating us. After hours (and yes I mean hours) of going back and forth regarding which watch to purchase I ended up selecting the 45Q. My watch arrived quickly (under 5 days including the weekend) and was expertly packaged in order to prevent damage to the watch. Once said packaging was removed the luxury treatment that I had experienced from Panzera was only heightened as I surveyed both the plush long box and the watch it contained. In so many of my previous buying situations the photos of those items were far better than the item I received, but not so in this instance. The Aquamarine 45Q was everything I could have hoped for and more. The quality in the craftsmanship and attention to detail were all things that stood out to me! I couldn't love the watch or my experience working with Panzera more. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to make a watch purchase and look forward to my next purchase with them!
Initial Disappointment Turned Around by Excellent Customer Service
UPDATE:
I received a Panzera watch as a Christmas present from my wife, and initially, my experience was disappointing. Right out of the box, the watch was not keeping time. Following their customer service advice, I replaced the battery, even though a new watch shouldn't need this. Predictably, the new battery made no difference—the watch still couldn't keep time.
After weeks of back-and-forth with customer service, I was instructed to send the watch back for testing. Initially, I was informed that the watch was keeping time correctly, which was baffling given my experience.
However, after expressing my continued concerns, Panzera stepped up and provided excellent support. They listened to my issues and ensured my timepiece was properly serviced. I'm happy to report that my watch is now working perfectly, and I appreciate Panzera's commitment to resolving the problem.
While my experience started off rocky, Panzera's dedication to customer satisfaction ultimately won me over. I'm now a satisfied customer and would consider Panzera for future purchases.

Lovely looking watch. Arrived on time well packaged.
After wearing this watch for 2 weeks I can comment and say , the strap supplied could be a little longer, on my wrist I like to wear the watch loose, and I find the end of the strap is constantly popping out of the holders. My main issue is that the luminous coating on the watch is insufficient in strength, the main reason I purchased this big face large number watch is to easily tell the time during the day and the night. The luminous numbers and dials are insufficient, so all you can see is a blur from both the hands and numbers. I did send a message to customer services to enquire if this may be a manufacturing fault, but to date have had no response.
Update still no response despite messaging via email and on their website.

Look at all the reviews here from people who own more than one Panzera. I think that says a lot. I have three of them - the latest is a white dial Aquamarine 45 that looks like a zirconia Seamaster and a Luminor had baby. It's a very well made, well designed watch with a massive and easy to use crown which only took a few days to travel from Aus to the UK. And the people are great - I've sent them numerous cheeky emails - they always respond within a day and in good humour; once they even backdated an offer for me. Plus the website chat seems to work 24/7 - it's either personed round the clock or they've got some next level AI.
Panzera 45C it never fails to impress.
I’ve been enjoying my Panzera Aquamarine 45C for 2 months now. What a beautiful design with its white dial, this weekend I received two compliments on my watch one at a breakfast diner and another while shopping at our local Costco store. This has never happened with any other watch I’ve owned before.
Disappointing experience.
Overall, a very disappointing experience!
I ordered an Aquamarine 45D on the 22nd Feb and it arrived with me in the UK on the 29th.
The watch itself is fantastic, it looks great, it's striking, works beautifully and it's fantastically accurate.
However, within 9 days of it arriving, all the stitching began to come out of the strap.
This is where the fun began.
I emailed Panzera on the 9th of March regarding the issue (including pictures), and having done my research before buying, expected a fairly quick response (after all, I was now part of the Panzera "community").
However I heard nothing until 22nd of March (13 days later) when I received an automated response saying they had "received my request loud & clear" and that someone would get back to me.
By this time, even more of the stitching had come away from my strap, so I replied to the thread on the 23rd explaining that the situation had deteriorated.
Much later on the same day I finally got my first response from a human, simply asking me for a copy of my sales receipt, which i provided the next day.
On the 26th a reply came asking for my address and basically saying that they would send me a new strap "as a one time consideration" even though they didn't really have to because it had been more that a month between me receiving my watch and informing Panzera that there was an issue.
This was simply not the case!
The delay had been caused by their lack of a timely response to my initial email!
I pointed this out in an email reply on the same day, and provided my address (which was already on the receipt I had previously sent) and was just glad that Panzera were finally (reluctantly) doing the right thing.
Then, I waited.
After 14 days, I had heard nothing!
So on the 11th April, I emailed once again asking for an update.
2 days later I got an automated response and then shortly after, a response from a human claiming that they had sent a response asking for my shipping address, and implied they were waiting for me to get back to them, and that I should check my spam folder.
For my reference they also included the email for me again.
This was the very same email I had responded to on the 26th March!
I again replied on the same day pointing out that I had in fact replied to that email with the info they required, and was now chasing them after waiting for 14 days of doing so, for a response.
Another 2 days past before (on the 15th April) I finally heard back, saying they had made the request for a new strap to be sent to me and I would be informed the moment it shipped.
As of writing this review on the 22nd April, some 6 weeks after my first email, I still have had no notification of a shipment, let alone seen a replacement strap.
I had such high hopes for Panzera, and after reading all the other reviews, had been planning to make other purchases from them, but unfortunately, their complete lack of customer support has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth and feeling like the moment they had my money, they just stopped caring.
I dread to think how this might have played out if I'd had an issue with the actual watch itself.
Customer service is such an easy thing to do well these days and this could have been such an easy fix for Panzera.
One which would have kept me loyal to the brand and very likely to keep spending my money with them.
The next watch in my collection will not be a Panzera I'm afraid.
