Terrible food. The fried rice had no flavor and was mushy, the honey shrimp didn't taste anything like it should. The sesame chicken had no sauce on it. Will be er eat at Panda Express again. Waste of money.

The food at Panda Express is good. However the costumer service could make room for improvement. For one thing when I go in the restaurant to place an order. They don’t really give you enough time to look around at what they have before you buy. They just expect you to know what you want when you come in. They don’t even really take a minute to go over the different types of food that they have. They are quick past and not in s good way they move to fast when it comes to your order that they miss things that you probably wanted to add in your order. There too quick to charge you for the food. This place costumer service isn’t very first time friendly. They should at least spend five minutes and go over the different sections of food and give you more choices it’s almost like they pick for you and they assume what you picked is all you want. The costumer service needs some redevelopment and needs to be more patient. Especially if you want the costumer to spend money.

I wish they had more vegetarian choices like egg fooyong, string beans with garlic, etc.

This Review is about the Panda Express locate at 1250 S. Canal Street in chicago,Il 60607 I entered the location at about 10:15 AM on this Saturday morning. There was only one employee working the entire store. all the food was on display ready to be served and this employee was also cooking some other foods for a customer with a large order. after he took care of that customer, he took my order and there were about four customers behind me. I was so impressed with his pleasant personality and the professionalism that he displayed that I had to come home and write about my experience. If I owned a business I would want all my employees to be just like him. as I was leaving the store I asked him what his name was, KYLE is my name, he responded.
I thought it was important that this employee be noted for his outstanding service.

Panda restaurants aré lire with their promotion, please don’t buy anything

Smaller portions than before I mean significantly smaller and on top of that the containers were not full to the top.
the only item full to the top was the fried rice that happened to be the worst I've had EVER!

The chow mein is awful. Its more like CHOW SLOP!
Panda express has changed its chow mein to short warmed over bland tasting short noodles. I used too love panda express chow mein but now to its changed to
CHOW SLOP MEIN.
panda express made a big mistake by changing this favorite to bad 👎 slop.
I am no longer a customer.

We visited Panda Express off Veterans Parkway in Normal Illinois today. We did not wait in line but they were busy. I ordered a broccoli beef bowl. There was no sauce or flavor and I literally had 3 small shreds of beef. My husband ordered Kung Poa chicken. He did get much more chicken than I did beef but ,no sauce and said it had no flavor. We also ordered crab rangoon that was cold and center had congealed. We both left hungry. Not your fault but when returning to our truck a girl with Georgia plates opened her car door and scratched our truck. Terrible experience and day and we will not come back!

The food isn't bad for the price but just like anything else it's going up and fast. I've noticed a decline in their ingredients as well. The chicken seems to have more and more batter and less meat every time I eat there. Disappointing I really enjoyed this place at its peak when I didn't have time to go to a sitdown style restaurant, and I don't like take-out sitdowns because it's just never the same IMO.

Cook said he wasn't cooking anymore food,15 minutes before dining area closed, drive through was still open until 2130.
Bad attitude from server, customer service was terrible!!
Waited 15 minutes for teriyaki chicken only for other server to come and take the food for another customer so the wait was in vain!!
Terrible service..food...mediocre..won't be back at this location again!!

Placed my order Friday, 8/19/22 and thought I was getting delivery around 7:30pm. When I heard nothing, I checked my phone and it said my order had been delivered. No sign of my food anywhere. Called the store and they tried to locate the Dasher. No luck. Since they MISDELIVERED SOMEWHERE, I asked if they would remake my order. Sorry, we don't do that. We will credit your card in full. I would like it credited NOW......not in 5 days! The gentleman I spoke with was not helpful at all. Very very disappointed in Panda Express.

I tried Panda Express about two weeks ago for the very first time in my life! LOL. Well, besides my yummy vegetable rice being dry, my total meal was highly enjoyable! I believe the honey, walnut shrimp are my favorite! I also like their noodles with the onions. The servers cared enough to serve me very hot food and I was very happy with that! My first trip was a take out order. Next time, I hope to dine in! Nice dining area, clean and quiet! I like them! ♥ :)

I went twice in a month and thought the first time the food was not fresh and the rice was uncooked hope it won’t happen this time but same story different day. The quality of food is very bad and I don’t know why people like this restaurant. I won’t go again for sure.

I love the food but the service needs improvement. Also, please improve your Honey chicken, they were served in very tiny portions.

Love the food. Hate the Delivery service they outsource to Door Dash. Ordered online almost $150 and Door Dash Driver never did delivery, but per the tracking on my phone, she did (Jennifer). Call Door Dash was told it will take 7 to 10 to get my refund placed back on my credit card. Do not like my credit number being passed around.
Panda needs to find a more reliable company with honest drivers to deliver their food.

I have been going to Panda Express on 75th st I in Downers Grove for many years.
My visit there this evening was not pleasant. I will usually do the survey for the free entree side. I gave the cashier my coupon for the free entree and he only gave me $1.50 off. If sides were $1.50 I would get all small sides. I mentioned it to him and he ignored me. I believe a small side of broccoli and beef is at least $3.70. There were a number of people in there so I didn’t want to make a scene. Prices are high for everything these days and I’m a senior citizen. Should I talk to the manager?

Not sure what's happened to Panda Express but if they're not careful they'll go where Five Guys, Howard Johnson's and Long John Silvers went aka out of business.

Service and food have tanked from an admirable five (5) stars to (1). Portions are miniscule compared to a few years ago, customer service at the location(s) does not exist. Food quality is in the basement.

We got an item from one place that was undercooked. We tried another location and our food was swimming in sauce. Recommendation: Avoid At All Costs!

How do you not have brown rice or vegetables on a Saturday at 5:30? You are open til 9:00 and your menu availability is terrible. Lost a customer and you don’t care. Stuck in line and you have to wait because there is no way around your drive thru. Terrible terrible terrible 😞

The two stars represent a thumbs up for the spring rolls and the chow mein. However the Grilled Teriaki chicken which APPEARS to white meat, not even pressed white meat. Disgusting. Please do us ALL a favor Panda; focus on the vegetables😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫Your meat except the shrimp (thank God I chose 2 meats) is hurl worthy.

I order a plate with 2 portions of honey sesame chicken. I received 5 tiny pieces of chicken and the rest was fill up with snow peas and fruit. The chow mean was soggy and tasted old. I order offen from there but this is the last time
