DONT

I ate In Nora Plaza plaza. If I were Chinese I would be pissed off. This is not Chinese food. He barely passes for Edible food. I ate there and got sick. I have the orange chicken and fried rice. Don’t do it. You’d be better off grabbing your lunch from my trash compactor.

I will Realize Mngt Doesn’t read this and Doesn’t care else wouldn’t have continued bad reviews.

1401 Riverstone Parkway | Panda Express

1401 Riverstone Parkway, Canton GA. I hate this store with a passion. If I could give them zero stars I 100% would. The food is always cold when I receive it. The store is usually always dirty with fork wrappers, spilled sauce packets on the tables, and dirty trays everywhere. The trash is always overflowing and the floors are covered in noodles and rice. The bathrooms are even worse. The trash in the bathroom is always overflowing and the stall is disgusting. The toilets are never clean and the mirrors are cloudy and gross. The bathroom floors are always covered in something nasty and they never bother to clean it up. There is never any soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The customer service is just AWFUL. The employees are quite rude when you ask them for simple items such as sauce, forks etc. I have never experienced the rudeness I receive from these Panda Express employees anywhere else. They forget most of my food or get it wrong nine times out of ten. They forget my sauces even though I have asked at the drive thru and at the window. There is a girl that works the window sometimes (Stacey). She slams the window and is always rude to me when I ask for anything. Literally anything. I continue to ask for sauce and I never receive any. There are two or three guys that work at the front of the store and they are the only ones that actually treat customers with respect. They always have a smile on their face and are never rude to the customers no matter the circumstances. The young ladies working the behind the counter are never paying attention. They are always chit chatting with the other employees whilst there is a giant line out the door. The wait time for a single bowl is not even funny. I ordered a simple bowl with white rice and string bean chicken. I have to wait over 20 minutes for a single bowl. The management is even worse. Jenny, the manager, who sometimes takes the orders at the drive through is extremely rude. She is always talking over me and I can never finish what Im saying before she rudely interrupts me. She never says thank you and is always rushing me to finish ordering. She tells the employees to put the food from the plates/bowls back onto the hot plate if something is incorrect in the order. Jenny has embarrassed employees who are new by screaming "Who trained this person, he doesn't know what he is doing??!?" The management at this establishment should be reviewed and replaced. I have seen the managers tell employees to pick up sauces from the ground and tables, wipe them off and put them back in the sauce container. I can't believe this is allowed. It is disgusting! This place should be shut down! I will no longer be giving my money to this disgusting place you call a restaurant. I love Panda Express but I DO NOT recommend going to this Panda Express.

Just got home with my order from panda…

Just got home with my order from panda express in Countryside half the food was missing. We had to wait for 15 minutes to get the new sizzling shrimp which we didn’t get or I didn’t get my husband got it and it was cold. Funny that we had to wait for them to cook, but it was cold. My rice was in big clumps. My Beijing beef is nothing but vegetables I will never ever go back to that panda express again

Panda express Brighton Co

Panda express Brighton Co, had metal fragments in the rice. Took days to contact any type of Management. Panda mgnt could careless took 2 days for their Risk mgnt to call me. Only offered to refund the meal, offered no medical dared me to sue

Ashley was extremely rude

Ashley was extremely rude. Took food out of my plate. Took the payment and walked away with attitude. Did not attend me when I approached to order. She was busy talking to other team members. Her attitude changed the min she came up to me like why I am even in that restaurant. She took portion out of my plate when I asked why she did that she is told me she already gave me enough portion again with huge attitude and told me it supposed to be 1 and 1/2 breast per portion. I because I asked, she on purposely give me small portion on orange chicken and then only 1 and 3/4 of breast portion on my big plate. She was like why I was even talking to her like she is Miss beauty queen, and I shouldn't be talking to her. Upon charging she walked away with attitude as well without even saying anything to me. I as a customer not only paying her salary, but I am also giving panda express a business to stay in business if your employee can't understand that and can't respect a customer, then they shouldn't be in business. I will share that to all my friends, family and my social media followers so they will know what kind of business you are running.

gone downhill after changing free 3rd entree if fill in cust sat survey, now comes by email and only lasts a week. smells of corporate greed with price increases as well ! used to be a big big customer on my US visits every 2 months.

Panda Express is another greedy corporation...

Panda Express is another example of corporate greed. When they increased 2 entre plate price to $9.70+tax I still went there regularly. My nearest store is in Covington, WA. Now I am realizing the entree portion sizes are getting smaller. I am not a big eater but today I am still hungry after the meal paid close to $25 for two. The entree portions were ridiculously low. By the way I went to Applebee.s other day and two of us had great meals with drinks for under $40.

refused refund for the wrong food

I ordered at the drive through and they got my order wrong, I turned around and headed back and wasn't treated very well for asking that they correct my order. I then asked for a refund they then refused. So, I called the corporate office and they did give me a full refund and promised training for the crew in Albany in the future. I will give them another shot in a year. Until then, I wish them luck with their training as I think this will help them out in the long run.

To the management, I will say this, NEVER, EVER punish a customer for coming back and giving you a chance to fix YOUR problem. If you refuse, you are robbing yourself of an opportunity to improve.

I’ve come to the Panda Express on nine…

I’ve come to the Panda Express on nine mile road in front of target, several times in the last 2 months, and every time they have given me food in a red carton, not a bowl. Today i went in and they gave me a bowl, which was fine, but when I ask why the bowl all of the sudden, they said they always do bowls… uuh, no! So when I told them again I never seen a bowl, always been red carton, but then again I told them it was ok, then the girl said you want a bowl with the shrimp, I said yes, she said well it will be an extra 1.45! I said ok, why is that, nobody ever has said that to me.. then this young manager comes over and says she’s just doing her job.. ok, well I just have never been told about a 1.45 charge for shrimp, and that’s all I ever get. Like you have no idea what’s going on, you just walked up..Anyway then after I pay I went to go get my utensils and no knifes, I ask for one at counter, no, they are out!!!! They need consistency at that place….

Literally one star, waited for 2 hours, they told me someone else picked it up and try to resolve it by giving me food which is half of the value. Then they just refunded me, which took 14 days something to arrive, sat here in starve, absolutely bad company

Panda is usually ok but going threw the DRIVE THRU on THE CORNER OF CHEYENNE and CIVIC CENTER WILL GIVE U THE WORST FOOD !!! THEY MESS UP UR ORDER I ORDERED AND SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT NO ITS OK WE HAVE ENOUGH BASICALLY I GOT LITERALLY 2-3 PIECES OF MEAT ALL VEGETABLES N NOODLES!!!!! THEN GOT A ATTITUDE BECAUSE I DIDN’T WANA DONATE MY CHANGE IT NEED TO BE CONDONED WUTEVER WAIST OF MONEY N TIME!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤮I WANTED TO CUSS BUT ITS INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE WELL ITS INAPPROPRIATE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE UPSET DISAPPOINTED

I applaud Panda Express for listening…

I applaud Panda Express for listening to their customers. Several months ago I placed an order and had some special instructions in the special instruction section and they weren't followed, so I called and it was handled with professionalism and courtesy. So I decided to go online and place another online order today and I the special instruction that I had ordered was now clearly on the menu item to be ordered. Thank you so much Panda Express.

After showing my military ID to the…

After showing my military ID to the teller and she looking at it and saying “ I see it and I recognize you”, she still did not give the military discount. I informed her and she said that since she had already tallied the bill, she could not go back and correct it. Her manager agreed with her. I have gotten the discount at this location many times. They did not have to lie and say they couldn’t correct it. If they don’t give military discounts anymore, just say it.

Terrible customer service at restaurant…

Terrible customer service at restaurant we visited last night. Restaurant #1568 in Manassas, VA on Liberia Rd.
My son chose to go there for his birthday dinner. He found a bone or foreign object in his food. When he told the employee, she stated it wasn't a bone and said he ate most of his food and there was nothing should could do about it.
Bad, bad, bad customer service, TERRIBLE!

Dont Do It

I live in Canton, Ohio and the store here produces the nastiest food! I got a plate today with 2 entrees, the driest and over cooked chicken I have ever had, the rice was crunchy, and my chicken egg roll was burnt to a crisp. Oh, and i had no utensils to eat with which meant i had to go buy platicware. this place needs to be shut down asap! then got the nerve to charge $11 for nasty, dry, overcooked, and burnt food. I need my money back!

Panda Express in Rome,GA sucks! When you order what you want from the menu they say we don't have that! If u don't carry what people order remove it from the menu! It's that simple! The workers @ the Rome location are lazy and rude! We just left and went to McDonald's which is better anyway!

First. Timers and my husband and I were ok with the flavor, but felt the meat portions on the plates could be more, especially when you’re paying more for specific meats. We enjoyed it though.
