PandaDoc has been a reliable tool for our team. It streamlines how we prepare, send and track documents and keeps everything organized. The interface is clear, templates save time and the completion tracking gives our team real visibility.

My experience has been strong because it works the same way every time. It is easy to train others on and the workflow from creation to signature is smooth. We moved from another provider and the improvement was immediate. Version control, branding, approvals and the audit trail all work well for our needs.

If I could ask for anything more, it would be faster load times for large documents and more flexibility in formatting. Even with that, it has been a dependable system for us and has improved our turnaround times.

Super easy to work with and add templates and make custom designs. The support team is usually pretty responsive and the support is great. If I do have any questions I usually can look up a video.

Great signature application that is very configurable. Some issues such as when moving things around can bump signatures.

They do Focus groups with customers to get insight into features that should be added, or fixes that need to be addressed.

It's a flat out scam. I was trying to on-board with them but it seems it is their first day providing business solutions and they don't offer a way to provide licensed seats to users without having to pay for the most expensive license you intend to use yourself.

I would give them zero if that was an option.

We have been using their production API for 4 years and rely on it every business day. Then they suddenly cut us off WITHOUT ANY WARNING, saying they were deprecating the plan we were on???

Do not trust this company with anything important to you.

Their support team is a bunch of muppets and couldn't help you open a paper bag.

PandaDoc suddenly ended service without any prior communication, which caused a major outage for us. We discovered that it is because they required us to renew our subscription.

After we signed up, service continued to work but STOPPED WORKING after a couple hours. During this time customer support is basically non-existent. Even when customer support responds (at most once per 24 hours), it's clear that customer support doesn't have any capability to solve any problems.

We had to pay the subscription fee a SECOND TIME to unblock ourselves. Now we have to hunt down their billing team to get a refund.

Terrible website I heard good things about took me a day for it event to load to the sign up page. And the onboarding page is frozen I can't do anything
