Great clothes at great pricing

I discovered this online store a few weeks ago and found that the quality of their products are excellent
Placed my third order a few days ago which arrived today. Unfortunately one of the T-shirts didn’t fit and I contacted customer service and the exchange process was very simple and unproblematic

Help within 24 hours

I have been ordering my clothes from P&Co regularly since 2020. I base my work on the quality of the clothes, the careful handling of the material, which is benevolent to the planet. Their approach is exemplary. Yesterday I was also able to see for myself the quality of the customer service for the first time. I unpacked a defective piece, a sweatshirt with a smudge above the pocket. Within one day, not even 24 hours, the company sent me compensation for the sweatshirt at its full price. The company tried to offer me other ways to be satisfied. Thank you and I hope you will be here forever.

Great Products | Great Service

I've been buying from P&Co on-and-off for years. I've found that their customer service team will always help when needed and that delivery is fast and efficient.

Their products are great and they always keep it interesting with new and inspiring collections.

Had an issue where I’d mistakenly…

Had an issue where I’d mistakenly ordered the wrong size pants … the order was rectified with in an hour of contact with P&co amazing customer service polite fast and efficient …. Paige was amazing thank you 🤩

No complaints

Great quality clothing and can’t fault the customer service. Reached out with an enquiry and they got make to me the same day. Quick delivery and easy returns. Lovely brand, will shop again in the future

Issue with shorts

Had an issue with my shorts where the colour had deteriorated. I messaged the customer support team and they were very understanding and resolved my issue incredibly quickly. Literally within 24hrs I had received a new pair of shorts. Very happy customer and will continue shopping at P&Co.
