Rip off merchants

Do not buy from this company. They are rip off merchants. I bought a salon chair in August that arrived with two damaged arms. I sent pics and ask for two new arms as they screw in the chair. He offered me a 10 pound refund to sort it myself. I thought this was very unprofessional and they couldn't be bothered. I refused and again asked for the new arms. He said 3 to 4 weeks. Messaged again after 4 weeks, he told me to wait. 9 weeks came and nothing he ignored all my messages. I think this is absolutely disgusting. I'm suprised they are still going

Stop using the uks worst delivery…

Stop using the uks worst delivery company Hermes/evri can change their name but not the poor service I have sat in all day waiting for this delivery no delivery window just says out for delivery it's now 8:10pm and nothing!

Ordered a panana triple bunked

Ordered a panana triple bunked. Part of it arrived yesterday but no screws or bolts no instructions not enough slats to make up 4ft 6in bed no ladder . Not sure if there is 2 part order .

The worst customer experience ever

Purchased a shed from this supplier.quality, was disgraceful sharp edges and extremely poorly made.
Long story short supplier agreed a refund but only if I pay return shipping or take it by van to his warehouse.
Then he said if I give a good review he will pick up
My advice don’t touch this supplier for anything

Panana sofas

I bought 2 sofas from Panana (Amazon). They are beautiful but very uncomfortable. They are sofas made for dining rooms, waiting rooms and lobbies. In an email they admitted they weren't the best and offered me £50 if I kept the sofas. They said if the sofas are disassembled, parts will be losted ( it was fully assembled).After Amazon contacted the company they now want me to surprise surprise to disassemble it. It's now been 2 days sitting on these park benches. My cat Rosie is the only one who likes the sofas. I just wantmy money back so I can get some decent sofas.

Ordered 4 seater rattan garden…

Ordered 4 seater rattan garden furniture, via Amazon. Order was late being delivered, then only received one box containing only half the furniture needs to assemble. Does not answer email queries or messages via Amazon. Have returned to company and awaiting refund. Not entirely convinced they are going to refund out £349 or the postage it has cost to return it.

placed a order on amazon for a trampoline, only to recived the order with missing parts and bottom legs for the wrong trampoline, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is avoiding refunding me the item can not be used, as the parts dont join, my autstic son spent his money buying it , and now out of pocket by £152.99 seller wont arrange a collection or a full refund , ill be taking this to trading standards now

Misleading, frustrating and terrible communication

We found this site for a sofa that was more than a bargain - website not the best to navigate, but with the free delivery and 10% discount we were so happy with the order. However, once the order was put through, we were notified that they didn't in fact have our colour available only yellow. The emails were laborious with the information requested by us and questions asked, basically ignored. We ended up randomly having the money refunded (not in full) along with a second order we made without any communication. Very frustrating. As a minimum, the website should be up to date, let alone have a working phone number and, if you're using only email, ensure that the customer service team actually read and communicate by answering the questions the customers ask. Very disappointing and very misleading.

Good value for money

Got a dining table set here and arrived just within 3 days. Super quick...The table was very easy to assemble and the chairs took a bit longer. Pretty sturdy and worth the price.

Not bad

I bought a wardrobe from this website. Delivery was quickly. The packing quite good. They compress the wardrobe in a flat package and at first I afraid how to carry a wardrobe to my floor lol. Assembly is not so hard. This is the first time I buy furniture online. Anyway not a bad experience.

poor quality

I bought a sideboard with Storage from Panana.co.uk it looks nice at photos but the quality is so poor and peeled easily, my package was half opened and was like a refurbished item not a brand new , one of drawer rails was broken, I contacted support but they managed to send me new rails , I think I won't buy again , not recommended
