Fantastic service

Test arrived really quickly

Test arrived really quickly, I sent it back off the same day I received it, the test was relatively easy to use and I received the results of the test within 2 days of sending it back, very easy process with quick results.

Great experience

Great experience. Got the kit to take blood very helpful videos to follow how to take the blood and how to send it back. Received my results in a few days reviewed by doctors. Will definitely have more blood tests done and highly recommend.

Appalling customer service

I received both email and text from Forth saying that my test results were ready to view. They were not.

Despite 3 polite emails and a message via their website requesting and then begging (I know, I know) for them to be uploaded, nothing. Absolutely nothing. Even the promise of a brutally honest review, didn't do the trick.

The two Trustpilot review requests they had organised however, did manage to reach me.

It clearly states on their website that their service team were available from 9.30 - 5.30 Mon - Fri  - so does this mean the three happy smiley people pictured,  only answer queries when they feel like it?

Could one of them not taken the few minutes needed to correct the error Forth had clearly made?

It seems not.

UPDATE
Despite logging in and out of my account endlessly over 3 days and of course using the link they provided, the only results available to view were those from last year.

Miraculously, 5 mins before the email (below) arrived, the results appeared. How bizarre is that?

Still grinning at 'sending multiple follow-up emails can move your query to the back of the queue, which may have contributed to the delay' What fabulous customer service!

Our support team operates with a response time of 1–2 working days, as outlined in our automatic replies. We handle queries in chronological order to ensure fairness for all customers, and sending multiple follow-up emails can unintentionally delay a response further.

In relation to your results, we can confirm that they were successfully released to your secure dashboard. Our technical team has reviewed this and confirmed that the results are visible on our system.

If there are any difficulties accessing the dashboard, our support team has reached out to assist further and ensure everything can be viewed as expected.

Not a good start

Not a good start - received a discount voucher to go on mailing list - doesn’t work…

But ordered anyway as heard good things..

May be worth looking at your codes working if you are advertising the fact!

Quick delivery and results

Quick delivery and results. Well packaged test kit and clear instructions. The app is a bit finicky about password sign in (had problems with Google saved password, had to enter manually each time), but once into the app it is informative and professional.

Bad results and no contact....

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received.

I purchased a blood test, sent it off, and then waited more than five days for the results, only to discover that some of the data was missing or corrupted. After all that time, I was left without a complete or usable result.

To make matters worse, the doctor advised me to contact support for options. I did that straight away, yet I still haven’t received any response. Being passed from one point of contact to another without any resolution is very frustrating.

I feel completely let down by this experience, especially as I have recommended your service to many people in the past. At this point, I would expect a prompt response and a clear resolution to this issue.

Variety of Tests available is good

Variety of Tests available is good. Fair pricing structure.
Always slow on results though , have never hit the timelines given on their Website , had 5 or 6 different tests done now and always 2 or 3 days later than published.
Why they don't alter the information to truly reflect the likely length of time it will take i don't know ?!
Also disappointingly slow Customer Service response - same as most companies these days.
Hence only 3 stars.

Disappointing and slow

Total costs were not clear at point of sale and my experience of customer service was poor and incredibly slow. It took nearly a month to get a refund. Disappointed with my interaction with this company.

Kate was super helpful when I had a…

Kate was super helpful when I had a difficult query to figure out. I’ve had bloods lost or delayed before with forth (not their fault). But their customer service has always been been ridiculously helpful in sorting things out. Will continue using them / Thank you!

Like pulling teeth.

Like pulling teeth.

First test, sent off, only tested 3 out of over 20 biomarkers. One month delay.

Contacted support, they sent me a new test, brilliant I thought! But then I book another blood test, travel to the next city over to get my blood taken as nothing else was available, and send off my samples.

Over a month later, I check the dashboard and see that the results have been analysed, only there is no option to export them or even view them! When I press the option to view the test it just tells me to buy the next test!!!

Contacted support who told me to click the export but which, as is visible in the screenshot I attached, was not there.

I have emailed them AGAIN to ask them to read the email and look at the attachment to see that the button is nonexistent on my order!! No response yet.

£150 down and NO RESULTS after over 3 months. Actual joke of a company. Has delayed an important surgery!!!

Brilliant service

I’ve been really impressed with this service. I’ve used it twice — once for a bespoke test and once for another service. Delivery was quick, the instructions were clear, and the app was easy to navigate. Results were returned quickly and were easy to download. The reports were informative and straightforward to interpret.

Excellent Customer Service

I have used Forth before for the liver/kidney test and found the whole process very easy to use for submitting a blood test myself, and the results easy to understand with their Personal Dashboard and it was also useful to get a Doctor to comment and advise on my results. Recently myself and my husband bought the Advanced Tests with a home visit for the Blood Draw. We needed extra support from their team with questions and so we could coordinate the blood test visits for us both. The customer service has been absolutely excellent, very friendly and helpful. Thank you especially to Lucy and Kate from the Forth Team for all your help. We will be using Forth again
