Received incorrect Panama Hat.
I ordered a Natural Panama Hat at the end of April 2024. What was received is a Panama Hat (Muestrsas) Commodity Code: 65.04.000000. The line rings busy when calling +1213 457 3353. I canot get anyone to answer when callng 1 866 253 3992. Because of a medical reason, I have to wear a hat. I have using the Panama for about 10 years. I really need to get the one returned that was sent and get the one ordered to be asap, please!!!! The order number is 12210. Thank you.

I highly recommend Panama Hat Mall when buying a quality panama hat. I bought a white "Anthony H Movie Star" panama roll up hat. Upon receiving it, I was very impressed with the quality of this hat. It has a weave grade of 9 and 10 making it slick and smooth on its surface while retaining its flexibility as a roll up hat. This hat definitely fits well not only for casual wear but can also be worn with summer white suits for tropical climates. I was equally impressed with Ms. María Leira Brito and her customer service team. She is very helpful on any follow up questions and concerns to include custom hat sizing assistance and any shipping concerns one might have. Things are done professionally through Maria's efforts.

I ordered a Monticristi Panama hat on 9th July 2022 and paid an additional £9.00 for 5/8 working day delivery by Fedex. The hat arrived on 4th August 2022. Not great, but the hat is a true work of art The quality is exceptional and my young lady is delighted Well done Panama Hat Mall. I have contacted you, however, on the matter that I do not think you make it clear that there will be a delay after the order is placed while the hat is finished. The time this takes sems to depend on the quality or grade of the hat. If this could be sorted I feel you would have many more very satisfied customers as I am. I would definitely shop here again. The range and quality appears to be second to none.

After a couple of attempts to correct a hat damaged in shipping, I am very pleased.
I have ordered a couple of great hats from Panama Hat Mall. I am very pleased with the quality of the hats.
The last hat I ordered was damaged in shipping. They were very responsive and after a couple of tries, the issue was resolved.
The next time I order a quality straw hat, it will be from Panama Hat Mall.

45 days after order, still nothing
I placed my order on the 5th Jun, on the 14th Jun my order was returned to them, because of incorrect customs paper work. After numerous emails (8+) I have still not received my refund. They do not even have the courtesy of responding to my messages, after their initial replies saying I would receive a refund. It is a shame that their operation is so inefficient, as they appear to make beautiful hats, I was considering repeating the order once I had received my refund, but the length of time and lack of response has decided me against this, and I will now be looking somewhere else. It has now been 45 days and still no hats or refund.

The hat was pretty but I was very disappointed. It is too flimsy and doesn’t keep its shape. I bought a Panama hat in Equador which got stolen. Huge difference. I could roll it up
and it would keep its shape. I wouldn’t recommend this hat if you are planning to travel with it.

A month gone and still no hat (Update)
UPDATE:
I finally received my hat They send it the same day as I did the review on trustpilot. The hat fits but was all curled up. So It was sent a month after order and arrived about 8 weeks after order. So plan for that if you need it for a vacation.
It is a month since i ordered it, so I could have it for my vacation. When I write them to get an explanation they just say that it takes 9 days for it to get to a EU country. Their tracking says its pending. No matter how I ask they just answer that it takes 9 days..i am notsure if it is a robot that answers ....I wonder if it is a fake company or if I will have the hat for next summer. If you sell over the internet these days you can't have a service like this if you want to survive.
