Ipad Lost and Restored!
I contacted Pakex about my Ipad I had left on an Avanti train, and was phoned by a young lady whose name I missed, requesting identification via the colour of the Ipad cover. I called green when in fact it was lilac and I had to confess my colour-blindness. Undeterred the young lady asked for my passcode to check and of course this opened up the machine which was safely delivered back to me the very next day! Phew! And a thousand thanks to Pakex for its superb service!

Nicola = hero
What made my experience great? Nicola did, I had lost my headphone case on a train couple months ago. Using the information I submitted the system wasn’t able to find them for me. Nicola called me up And got extra information needed that resulted in me getting my headphone case back.
Aside from the fact I had no idea what was going on. Got the dates wrong. The train wrong and at this point would probably forget my own name. Nicola showed me what true customer service and support looked like with a lovely smile and a great attitude got the job done.
What a hero thank you Nicola again and wish you the best going forward!
