Did buy a game of Sequence, some parts where missing, and now the company will not asist me with any help or replace the missing parts.

i bought a pair of rigger boots (hd425si) from st vincent revive for £5 on 29/4/23. these weren't pre owned,they were selling surplus stock that had been donated by other shops. however i decided to wear them in while i took the dogs out.All the soles pretty much fell off and the right boot lost a metal plate
