I ordered a children's costume. The size chart they provided said that the item would measure 54.1 CM. The item that arrived was barely 48 cm long. I looked at their returns policy, it stated:

"We Accept Your Returns And Refund Within 45 Days, Which Means You Have 45 Days After Receiving Your Item To Request A Return Or Refund.
Note:1 we supply return's shipping fee (No more than 30% of the product price) if it's our fault! (you need prepaid this fee, we will pay you after we receive your return's item) Our Fault Include Follow:1 ). Product is not the right size. (Exclude you choosing wrong size)2 ). Product is damaged or defective.3 ). Product is not as described.4 ). Receive wrong or lesser item.5 ). Over estimated to arrive time.

Obviously, the item was not the right size and was therefore their fault. I wrote to them, showing them pictures of the item with a measuring tape next to it. They accused me of not stretching the item out enough. They then said they'd give me 10% back. I said, no, this is their fault, I can't use the item as it is too small, I'd like to exchange it for a medium or get my money back. They said, they'd give me 20% back and wouldn't give me anymore than that and that I would need to send it back on my own dime, to China, paying for all customs fees. I sent another photo of the item, on a hanger, with measuring tape and their returns policy spelled out. They still refused to give me a refund or cover the shipping back to china (it came from a warehouse in the UK where I am based, but they won't let me send it back there). The customer service has been horrendous. It has gone on for weeks. They refuse to accept my return without charging me who knows what to get it to china. They have accused me of lying about the size even though the measuring tape proves the size is incorrectly listed on their site. WOW. I will never order from them again and I highly recommend you shop elsewhere. NOT TO MENTION, it's shoddy work. The costume is crap.

This website is a scam based in China - do not order from them! They sent a substandard product very late and then refused to accept a return. Dreadful service and should be banned in Europe.

Ordered an item online, paid £14 express delivery expecting it within 4-6 days and its still not here. I have asked to cancel the item as i don't need it now. They keep telling me to be patient and saying express delivery is 4-6 days (which I know and which has expired). I asked for their cancellation policy and they told me i cannot cancel as they in China and it will cost me more in charges and customs duty to return to the item, i can keep it (when it arrives expected in 5 days...) and they will give me 5% discount refund. This is wrong. They are fraudsters.

I paid for fast delivery and they then took over a week to dispatch then refused my refund. Terrible terrible company. I have now found out they are a Chinese company. Furious. Do not use this company

Wanted to return my item as it was ‘one size’ and didn’t fit me very well. Was told that they had sent me the correct item so I couldn’t return it. What a waste of money, don’t bother buying for this company the costumes are cheap and they look it

Do not buy from this company!!!!! I went to purchase an outfit for star wars may the 4th event and it said it would arrive in time. It turned up 10 days later. I asked for a returns address because sadly it didnt arrive in time but they wont accept it. I have never opened the package. I recieved this email below which goes against the returns policy listed on their website. this is false advertising and they are not legitimate. DO NOT BUY

Ordered based upon the size chart. the item that arrived said "Large" but the actual clothing dimensions were for a small (it is so far off that you cannot even claim variation in sewing - 8" too small at waist). Useless customer service.

I have purchased an item (paid £22 extra to get it delivered faster). It hasn't yet arrived, customer service stated that the carrier informed that the item is lost and they can resend it for free (I no longer need it now as it hasn't arrived for the date I needed it for), no problem I replied, but I want a full refund. They replied that they can only give me 50% of the money back because "According to our return policy, for order cancellation after 24 hours, and the order states shows "unfulfilled", within the processing time, we will refund 50% of the total price (after 24 hours, the factory has already begun to make your item, and related products materials have been purchased, and the workers related to the production has done preparatory work, or that we have purchased the product which can not be returned to the suppliers)." They then asked it I still want to cancel the order otherwise they would only refund me 50% of the total price.

Well, I have not cancelled anything after 24 hours, they have lost the package so I want my refund, I gave them 24 hrs to reply and confirm the refund otherwise I will just get a chargeback.

Horrible. My item did not have the extra description stating that express shipping still includes about 2 weeks of processing/developing time. So i tried to cancel my order but it fell out of the 24 hr period by 2 hours... I tried to argue my case and they went back and added that shipping description to my item. Unbelievable. Still i agreed to the 50% refund and THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME! AND STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS. This website is a scam.

Took a little longer than expected however customer service was really helpful and responded to my emails within 48 hours. Costume and wig are perfect! Thank you!

I placed an order on October 16th and I paid for maximum 2 week shipping so that my costume would arrive before Halloween. The shipment never even moved, and it still says "label created" to this day (now December 28th). I disputed the charge and the bank thankfully took my side. The company emailed me and told me to cancel the dispute and they'll refund me immediately. I didn't believe them. I told them I'd cancel the dispute once they send me proof that the refund is on its way. They said "sure, we'll contact our finance department". I followed up 2 days later because they didn't say anything. They never answered, so I never canceled the dispute.

TLDR, don't buy from this POS Chinese scam company.

If I could give less I would.
It says on the sight that it's free returns for items that are damaged etc, my item arrived damaged and not as described. When I sent them evidence they agreed and then proceeded to get me to pay for the postage despite what they say on the website (or offer me 10% and keep the unusable items). I spent about £60 here. They ignore EVERYTHING I say, use a generic "copy and paste" to reply to me, they have been rude and patronising alongside these scripted replies, they BLACKMAILED and gave ULTIMATUMS. I caught legal advice but because they are from China, despite having literally selling me faulty goods and items not as described they ended up refusing the take responsibility the longer I took this. Now they are IGNORING all my messages when I've been trying to sort getting their items to them and are REFUSING to give me my money back for the faulty and unusable (I'm also positive the wig is flammable - I cosplay professionally) item. In other words they have STOLEN my money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I didn't listen to everyone else who said this, and if it wasn't going to be more hassle and money to bring it to court I would be suing them.

I have been fighting this case for literally four months.

Bought 2 pairs of Finn and Jake matching pajamas for me and my girlfriend to wear on Christmas. I paid an exorbitant amount for the pjs and and exorbitant amount for the "express shipping" as well. Got a confirmation email saying they would email me with my tracking number for my package. Its been over 4 days and the order on the site hasn't updated, I haven't received an email, and I haven't received a tracking number. And I fell for the gimmick, because I didn't see these reviews until now...wish I did. They ship this stuff from China which explains pretty much everything, and they don't even have a customer service department, so there goes my refund. If you're trying to get pjs, just go to a known store that sells them, stay away from these third party websites and foreign buyers because they are the land of the scams

Great buy! I was worried after reading some reviews but my order arrived. It took a while as stated on the delivery time but was worth the wait. I ordered a power ranger suit I couldn’t find anywhere else for my 3 year old.

Absolute rip off. Half of costume arrived, was given some rubbish about only choosing that pack when the website did not offer any options for packs and clearly showed pictures of 6 items and the description mentioned them all. Refund refused as it was my fault I ordered the wrong pack, absolute rubbish. Do not buy from them. Wish I had read reviews but I was rushing, that was my only mistake.

TERRIBLE! What a scam! Wish I saw the reviews. Terrible customer service, poor quality! Please read reviews before. My purchase was damaged and they are giving me a hard time about getting my money back. They said it would waste too much time and money to return! Imagine?

What a scam. I really regret not checking this site before purchasing.

They have the most obtuse and idiotic customer service, abusive returns policies and their delivery date was delayed despite assurances it would arrive in time.

STAY AWAY PLEASE.

This company should not be allowed to operate in UK.

Honestly one of the single worst companies i have ever brought from. Ordered onesie, cheaply made, utterly crap and incorrectly sized. Good luck trying to get a refund aswell.

**WARNING** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered and paid in full for a child's hoody and received an email a few days later saying none in stock. I asked if it was available in any of the other colours advertised but was told no. They continue to advertise the same item for sale. I requested a full refund but since then, my emails have been ignored and no refund received. Proactive with emails up to the point of me requesting a refund but now fails to respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I have reported them to Action Fraud.

Bought a Bunnix catsuit. It arrived after four weeks but worth the wait. Good quality and as described. Would definitely buy from them again.
