Buyer beware. This company does not honor its stated return policy and does not respond to return requests.
A return authorization was requested within the company’s stated policy timeline. No response was ever provided. Multiple follow-up messages were sent over the next month, with zero acknowledgment or reply.
When a business ignores customers who have fully complied with its own policies, there is no way to complete a return or obtain resolution. This raises serious concerns about basic accountability and integrity.
One star is given only because zero stars is not an option. Posting this to warn other consumers so they do not end up cheated in the same way.
