Order process was simple & efficient. Ordered early January & arrived within stated timeframe. I wasn't in a hurry for product so didn't use tracking data. Product quality excellent, paint, brushes & canvas. Instructions clear to follow.

Ordered on the 2nd jan 2026. Still not arrived. Got confirmation of order email. Having still not received by 18th Jan emailed and got a shipping advice. But doesn’t tell me shipping company. Or when delivery expected. Tried sending email
Again and email got returned. Clearly not in the uk and is a scam.

Ordered and paid for painting 5/12 as a Xmas present nothing received number on website unobtainable sent numerous e mails no response do not order from them !!!

Bought 2 weeks ago - emailed twice and sent a text to the mobile number(!) that the order confirmation came from. No responses, no order updates. Feel very ripped off by this (obviously not) UK company!!

Quality of product is appalling, don't bother!

I have had many canvases of Painting by numbers. The service is really great they make it so easy supplying paints and numbers and brushes. I am always delighted with the results.
I had a problem recently and emailed the company and they sorted out the problem at no cost, which I thought was really kind.

I am very disappointed with this company. This is quite clearly an order from China situation and my order has been “with customs” for nearly a month. Had I known this I would not have ordered.
I feel like I’ve been duped on this and will be looking for a refund.

Avoid them

They are a scam, nothing will be sent. They will give conflicting tracking details. Charlie does not listen he just provides basic replies. Your best way to get a refund is a chargeback through your bank.

Do not fall for the fake reviews of this website. It is dropshipped from China, rather than being made and sent in the UK - all of which is hidden from you as a buyer.

I have been waiting weeks for the product to arrive, and I'm not sure if it even will.

Take a closer look at all of the 'good' reviews - most of them are even just copy/paste of each other, obviously just faked to make it seem like a trustworthy company.

AVOID.

Be aware of the this company. Everything is dropped shipped from China which isn’t stated on their website, they make every attempt to hide this but a quick google search of the tracking number shows it comes from Quanzhou. You can find all their products on Ali Express or Made-in-China.com. I expect once you place an order with with them, they order it form china straight away.

This also means their lead times of 7-10 days are not possible and clearly a lie. Their website is hosted through shopify so this may just be a one person company in the uk. Their customer service agent kept talking about their manager when I tried to get a refund but I expect this is just a sales tactic to defuse confrontation.

When I asked for a refund they offered me 50% and I could keep the product, then 70% but I held out for the full 100% and said I was happy to ship it back to them. I know they didn’t want this because it would mean disclosing their China distributor.

The products themselves are very poor quality, the paper is thin and creased, the paint and brushes are terrible and certainly not worth the money. This whole company appears very shady and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

As others have stated - I ordered in 6th December and item still not arrived. It’s now 20th December. Was told item was still in China on 18th December.

Not responded to my emails.

Unacceptable.

Will be asking for a refund.

Don’t believe the delivery times, ordered on 11th dec, still waiting, maybe it’ll be here in time for the Christmas present it’s intended for.

Ordered two items at the start of December for Christmas presents. It's over two week ago and one of the items hasn't even been collected by the courier.

One has been collected and apparently is in transit but it's not going to be here in time to be a gift. Terrible customer service, non responsive and I have doubts that my items will ever arrive. If they don't I will seek claim from my credit card company. What a pain and could do without this hassle at this time of the year.

Still waiting for two orders. Website states 5-7 days. It's been three weeks on the first order and two on the second. Sent emails and left a message on the website, had no reply. Massive scam. Do not buy!

I ordered my paint by numbers on the 26th of November. The website states '5-7 days delivery'. I am still waiting for my order. The name 'Paint by Numbers UK' is incredibly misleading, as my item was still in Hong Kong until yesterday evening. I have had to chase and chase and chase the company to provide me with updates. I was offered a 10% refund but have had to ask for my shipping costs to be reimbursed. I missed the event that the item was bought for, and am now going to incur significant cost in order to post it on to the recipient, as it is a gift. Incredibly disappointed with the service. Be wary using this company if you have a timeline for your order, as it may not arrive on time.

The colour they sent for a background blue sky was grey, 1/3 of my picture was just plain grey. Very poor quality but they did offer a replacement free of charge but I received a full refund.

Absolutely atrocious, tracking useless and no updates for days.
Yodel useless, apparently had parcel but sent it back as it had not updated for 7 days.
They supposed to have re shipped now
this has not appeared.
Company did get in touch with useless updates and empty promises.
Avoid like the plague😡

I’ve ordered from Paintwithnumbers three times and I’m really happy with all three purchases. For my third painting, I was initially sent the wrong size of canvas, which they then replaced. Charlie (their contact help person) was great. Great service & good products 🙂

Terrible ! Stay away !!! It is over a month since my order ! It is showing as shipped and been in customs since the 11th June !
The company avoid answering emails, if they do it’s just nonsense about here is your tracking number .

They promise fast delivery but in actuality they ship from china !

Do not use !!
