Beautiful canvas and subject. However I ran out one color. According to the website they will send another. After sending two messages asking for another little container of one color I have yet to get a response. Unable to to complete the painting.

*Update...contacted customer service and they have redone my picture and a new one has been shipped. Hopefully the colors will be correct.

I bought a custom kit... A paint by number of my sister's dog. Cuz I started on head of the dog, I realized very quickly that the colors were way too dark. Pictures of a papillon with a lot of white on its face. All of the white patches are done in a darker gray. While the picture may be cute when I get it finished it looks nothing like my sister's dog and will not be suitable as a gift. I contacted the company within days of starting the kit with my concerns. The reply that I received was a bunch of gobbly gook about digital reproductions. I was then encouraged to finish the painting and if I still didn't like it to recontact them. I am not happy especially for what I paid for the kit. I will never order from this company again.

I am very disappointed with their quality. It has actually taken the joy out of painting.
This is my first time trying Craftoria and their quality is not as good as other suppliers in the same price range. It is not a canvas, but plastic to paint on. The paint is so thick that it has to be applied in blobs. If you dilute it so that it can be painted, it is half average. Also, there is not enough paint in 3 of the colors so far, so I have had to use from previous painting kits. All in all, a bad experience.

My daughter sent me a paint by number kit from craftoria for my birthday out of the three paint brushes one of them was missing the tip I contacted them about it they did respond the next day I provided the order number as requested and a picture and I have not heard back from them at all. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a while! They are also not a BB accredited business! Because of this experience I will never order anything from them ever ever again for they cannot make good on their products for their customers like so many other good businesses do.

Order #231919 If i had known they were the usual cheap Chinese mass-produced low-quality product i would not have paid £62.43 for the item.

This Craftria Store is a really big ripoff. I ordered a wig and it was nothing like the picture that they showed. When I contacted them they replied that they will give me 10% of the cost as a refund (which would amount to about $4.00. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

The ordering process fine. Like the painting but it’s on some weird plastic material so paint goes on crazy. Need easily 3-4 coats to cover the numbers. I tried to submit a review twice. Never posted on their site so they are clearly filtering the reviews.

I purchased a large stretched canvas but was sent the wrong size. Then had to wait an additional month to receive the correct size and it came broken. They did refund my money but was looking forward to the activity. It’s low quality product, shipped from China with very little care and even lower quality. Not worth what they charged, but they were timely in my refund.

I need more paints but can not find a contact email or phone number

The "Craftoria Guarantee" listed on their website states:

"Enjoy your painting experience or get 100% free returns for 30 days after delivery. Just contact us for a free return label and you'll receive a full refund. No questions asked."

I contacted them 7 days after delivery asking for that free return label, and I received this reply from them:

"To begin the return process, kindly send the item to the following address:

Additionally, please provide us with proof of postage/tracking to enable us to monitor the return. Please be aware that in accordance with our policy, the return postage cost is not covered."

So, the reply I received when I requested a return did not honor the guarantee stated on their website. They say they will not send a free return label and that I must pay for postage and tracking.

I replied to them restating my request and reminding them of "the Craftoria Guarantee", but I just get the exact same message reply they sent the first time.

They do not honor their guarantee. There is no free return label even when you contact them within 30 days.

The paint, canvas and framing was very good but the 2 weeks it took for the kit to get to me was frustrating. Also, the paper map was all crumpled up in all 3 kits that I’ve ordered from this company. If they would make one small adjustment, the paper map wouldn’t be damaged during shipping. The tip? Put the paper on the opposite side of the canvas than the paints and brushes!

Canvas was of terrible quality and it ripped immediately. Paints were dried out at arrival and was like rubber to the touch.
Couldn't describe a worse experience if I tried.

My order was placed 2/20 and It’s been 50 days and I still have not received my order. I won’t be placing another order with them. Buyer beware

Order a painting from them more than 1 month ago and after multiple delays in shipping, from the item being lost to them resending the item i still have not received the order. Filing dispute with my credit card company today. Items are shipped from China using a very shady and unreliable shipper. I will never ever place another order from this company. One of the most unpleasant online buying experiences ever. There are much better companies out there.

I waited 3 weeks to ask about my order and did not get updated tracking information until i advised i would contact my Credit Card company and the BBB. They advised there were delivery issues but I work from home and was never contacted nor saw signs of a delivery attempt. It is a SCAM. Do not waste your money or get anything from this company.

Didn’t even bother confirming my address; I had to reach out from my end nearly a week after placing the order to inquire about shipping, and after dillydallying for another week, they used the excuse that they couldn’t ship to a “remote location” (I live in JAPAN?? How is that remote?) before canceling the order. They didn’t even try to do their jobs, but I guess it was for the best. Yet another trash company overcharging for trash products from China.

I bought 24 colors. It takes a little long to arrive since it comes from China. Canvas was folded but I put it under a heavy carpet for 24 hours and it was ready to paint. Canvas quality is good. Colors are good, although some of them are little dry, so I watered them with brushes a little. It isn't finished yet but it looks good to me. I am a very untalented person when it comes to painting btw. If I can do it, anybody can.

Like the title says I ordered the picture as a gift. The delivery took about 3 weeks. Be prepared to order in advance if you want the gift to arrive on time.
I paid around 50€ for the regular size, 24 color, framed set.
Anyway, here's the verdict of the one who got to the paint the picture:
Thank you very much, I had a lot of fun and joy painting the "Coastal Serenity" picture. It is beautiful. From my experience I can say that the colors lay well on the canvas and are easy to spread. The three brushes are sufficient. Some of the numbers are printed very small, but I was painting with glasses anyway. If the color is a little lighter, you could only cover the number after painting over it a second time. I am very happy with the process and the result.

Overall I have to deduct one star because of the long delivery time as well as the picture being on the expensive side.

They’re a legit site. Bought some as a Christmas gift, they took a long time to show up though. Kinda expensive for what they are, but whatever. Can’t testify for the quality of the paint, because I’m not the one using it.

I ordered a custom canvas of my dog to paint. I'm really happy with the finished result - the picture is just like the photo, the colours are an excellent match and the canvas/paints are good quality considering the very reasonable price. Would thoroughly recommend. I ordered the 48 paints as I prefer the level of detail that more colours gives.
