I use the Newark store regularly and i have to say Grace and Dan especially are absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable with regards to products to suit specific projects and so accommodating.

Superb customer service, excellent prices, fast delivery.
I hadn't heard of Paintwell before as there are no stores near me. I ordered some door oil which, as I had to get a few tins, was quite a substantial saving to elsewhere. I was a bit nervous given I hadn't heard of the company.
I needn't have been as the service was excellent, quick despatch and all tracked. I had to contact customer services with a query and they couldn't have been more helpful, with big thanks to Mark.
Moving forward I will be using them instead of the "bigger" chains that I would normally go to, as I thought their service was far better.

First use of PaintWell and would use again
I had never heard of PaintWell before but the paint I needed was in stock, at a good delivered price, and delivered within a couple of days as promised and well packaged, so I would definitely use again.

Good range of products available, almost too much choice, but great value on some very good brands. Easy to navigate we site and to place an order.
