Order dispatched in good time and they carry biodegradable bubble wrap. Had slight difficulty entering correct delivery address due to automated post code check but they immediately replied to my order note to say they had updated it. Good service!

Ordered some boxes. Showed as being in stock. 1-3 days delivery. After 4 days e-mailed to progress order. Boxes were not in stock and had to be made. Delivered on 5th day.

Overall, I was happy with the product and the e-mail / phone response to my query was great.

Improvements: Up to date stock information and proactive customer updates based on estimated delivery times.

Placed order, was expecting it as stated in 1-3 working days, called up on the third only to find that they had only just reallised it haddnt come in from the supplier, then i was advised it would be with me in the morning of two days later, it then didnt turn up until the afternoon.

It was the first time I've used Packability. Having spent some time locating a source for large coloured packing peanuts I placed my order and added some Bubble Wrap. The service was superb the goods very good value for money and the delivery was quick and efficient, Highly impressed, I'll be using Packability for all my packaging needs in future!

Good products and prices but you can only place an order for over £50 then postage on top, so if you see an item for £17 you can not have ..... good sales team how thought of that one, so minimum spend with postage if £60 or there about. But pleased with products ordered and quick delivery also emailed confirmation and invoice over so very smooth running.

The bag sealer I required was initially difficult to identify as the one that needed replacing was missing any kind of part number. Having identified the right replacement it was really easy to order through Packability.

Slight problem with the courier but an unprompted email from packability soon reassured me that they where aware of this and had sorted the issue, great when someone owns the problem thanks.

It was quick and easy to order on your website which is very clear . Delivery was also within time specified and quality was as per promised.

After deciding to order products from the website based on the "In Stock" statement (packed in 50s) I learn on placing my order that they do not have a complete box they only have 48 in the box in the warehouse and balance of the order [100] is to follow!! The 48 that were due to be delivered on the specified day - were not. I was not advised that it was not being delivered to a different address as requested on the day in question. I had people waiting at home for the delivery - in vain! Instead, all the items were delivered the following day. Other products which I ordered were not available, so I had to have a cheaper replacement.
the only form of compenmsatiom was to have a reduction in the delivery cost by £5.50. I would not use them again!

Great from start to finish! Really fast delivery of a top quality product! The heat sealers I ordered where also the cheapest I have found online for a while!
