The value was outstanding, and I was thoroughly impressed with the rapid delivery of my order. This was my first experience using this service, and I will certainly return in the future.

Placed an order on 19/4.Part of my order was out of stock.I have still no refund as of today.Why would you not have a contact number on the invoice ?

The customer service is abysmal. I had ordered previously with no issues, however, this time round, I emailed prior to ordering, highlighting an issue with the "discount code button" and was met with blunt dismissing emails, then ignored completely when asking if I could be transferred to management/a complaints department.
Now I cannot access their site at all.
I had been a loyal customer for years, if you value companies with good customer service that treat their customers well, look elsewhere.

Deliveries don't arrive or arrive damaged. Ever since we first used them because they use DX Express as a courier, it has been a nightmare, and we don't get any responses to emails. The products are as advertised, but the customer service makes it impossible to continue to use them.

Purchase after researching the web, completed the transaction everything delivered quickly, didn't need to be sold to everything done online as expected excellent prices compared to some of the other major packaging organisations you must think the business consumer is an idiot. Will definitely use them again.

I'd genuinely give zero stars if I could. What a poor excuse of a company. Took my order, and then silence. Three emails later, multiple attempts to phone them and I've heard nothing back. Complete radio silence. Oh, and to top it off. I can no longer access their website.. Cheers.

I really love the quality of the 2 labels per page. I have tried many to get the best quality and these are my favourite. It’s good to know where I can buy them because consistency is important.
