Customer service is impeccable!!
Never hard to get ahold of, quick delivering, discreet and quick!
I placed an order it got cancelled (an action i did not make) I contacted them a couple days later wondering about an update thwy fixed it that day and had my order shipped same day.

Decent stuff for the price. Ive now ordered twice and about 6 different types of live resin and 1 crumble and all had a good tase and the highs were decent too. Delivery was fast and I'm on the opposite side of the country and was also packed well to protect during shipping. I'll definitely be ordering again!

Different packaging this time, almost like they just threw it in a box without a care and shipped it. $600 package, every other website gives a bunch of freebies after spending that amount but not them. Horrible customer service.

This company doesn't care about customers, they allow large orders to be lost and don't replace them. These clowns will just rip you off. You've been warned.

I'm disappointed in these people at Pacific canny, rude, belligerent little kids, the worst customer service, they could all use a lesson in respect. Likely just their generation. Either way, you should seriously adjust your attitude towards customers. Especially when it's regarding lost shipments. DO BETTER.

Live resin packed a punch. Wish I had more time on my hands to smoke more. Just bought a decent amount that should set me up for about a month or more...check back later

Cheap prices cheap products. Half of the vape cartridges that I bought were leaking and a goopy mess When I tried to write a review on their site. They did not approve it or contact me to correct the situation Their products are not worth the money.
