Scam
I bought a proxy from this website, did my set up to mask my location. Set my location as Florida, Miami then went ahead on pixels scan to check the location. Can you imagine getting different locations such as Germany and Turkey. The customer service refused to reply to my emails. Please give me a refund I no longer want to work with your company.

People get benefits when they recommend products to others, but here I had to lose money to invite my boss to oxylabs.
I work as a freelancer and recommended their service to my current client, the client agreed to give it a go and bought traffic and invited me on his team.
Now here comes the fun part, In order to accept invitation, we have to deactivate our current plans. Apparently due to some glitch I can't deactivate my current plan.
After talking to support there was no other way and I had to forefeit my current bandwith and deactivate my account to accept invitation.
TL:DR, People get benefits when they recommend products to others, but here I had to lose money to invite my boss to oxylabs.

What a terrible purchase. I purchased mobile proxy and it won't let me use it. Nothing but credit card charges. Customer service will only say please wait for manual review. Makes me even think it's a scam. Never buy it.

When I purchased a proxy
Review edited to 5 stars as Oxylabs made the situation right.
When I purchased a proxy, I did not get any "confirmation of purchase" or "email" confirm my purchase. So I purchased again, thinking the first one did not go through. The next day I got a confirmation email for both purchases. I reached out to customer service they refused to refund either charge due to their "refund policies". I feel this is a company I would NOT do business with in future as I do not trust them.

Overcharge then Ban
Beware that if you change your subscription, the price will not update to the lower price automatically. They will charge you the higher price, give you the lower service, not fix the price difference, and then cancel & ban your account when you try to get your money back through PayPal.
