Reliable and Powerful Web Scraping Solution for Marketing Research
I used the WebScraper API from OxyLabs for my marketing research and was thoroughly impressed with the service. It provides all the essential functionality required for scraping Google Ads search results, including:

Solid ISP Proxies
I've been using Oxylabs ISP proxies for about 1.5 months now, primarily for sending traffic through Google search. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.
The good:
The speed and reliability are exactly what I needed. The proxies perform consistently well for my use case, and I rarely experience downtime or connection issues.
The challenges:
Captchas do pop up from time to time when working with Google, though this seems to be pretty standard with most proxy services. The bigger issue I faced was with customer support - I was accidentally charged twice on my account, and it took longer than expected to get the duplicate charge refunded. The support team did eventually resolve it, but the process wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped.
Bottom line:
Despite the billing hiccup and occasional captchas, the core service delivers what it promises. The proxy performance is solid and reliable, which is what matters most for my workflow. I'd recommend Oxylabs if you need dependable ISP proxies.

I accidentally bought the residential…
I accidentally bought the residential proxies instead of mobile, pay as you go, 6gb. The same time I realised the error, I tried to refund/change them to mobile proxies, as I am willing to use the server, yet the support said they can't do anything with that. Why would you do that to a customer that doesn't want to withdraw the money from the service, but use it?
Edit: next day they contacted me and fully refunded the purchase, thanks, oxylabs!

Extremely disappointing and time-wasting experience
I purchased proxies on July 14 and was told the payment would be verified within 1 business day. For 3 consecutive days, every support agent kept repeating the same message: "Please wait one more day."
Despite multiple follow-ups, no action was ever taken, and I received no clear explanation. In the end, they just canceled the payment without offering any real solution.
This kind of service is unacceptable, wasting people’s time, ignoring messages, and lacking transparency. Avoid this provider if you value your time and professionalism.

Worst and Rubsih Services
The worst Experience to use of Oxylabs Services. They are totally fraud and looters. The Customer support services is pathetic and rubbish. I purchased 20 IPs. 10 out of 20 were not working. I paid 10$ for replacement. Even after replacement, the new 10 were not working. I made request to assign me working IPs, but customer support make lame excuses. I requeste dto refund, same again lame excuses. Dont wase your money by choosing this rubbsih service.

Untrustworthy and unprofessional company
When I was looking for a proxy provider, I was falsely confident that I could trust Oxylabs to take care of me.
They did provide a good service for a few months, but then as soon as something went bad they turned on me and stabbed me in the back.
I was low on money, very low. To the point where the $100 they took from me after I thought auto-renewal was turned off cost me a week of not having the basic supplies I needed to bathe and eat.
When I contacted them 2 days into the 30-day service, I pleaded with them to refund the money as I didn't have the money for it and I was not expecting them to take more money as I tried to cancel the auto-renewal a week or so before it was due.
I paid $100 upfront for the 30-day service, and I had not even used the first 2 days that went by. So when they refused my refund request I was shocked as it would not have cost them anything but cost me a week of my livelihood and food supply.
Not only did they deny my refund request, they also cancelled the proxy service. So they took my money that I needed to live comfortably, then they also cancelled the 30-day service with no refund. So I was out of pocket $100, and they had an extra $100 that they basically scammed me for. I have since lost all trust in Oxylabs, and it is very sad because when I got back up my feet I would have continued to use their service.

Mislead by Pas As You go
Bought the Pay As You Go option, works pretty fine no complains there. Later when reading the smaller letters which are hidden away. It turns out that your bought traffic is only valid for 30 days with no restitutions. Serivce works good, but I feel mislead. Pay As You Go should NOT have an expiry date of a month, otherwise it's monthly billing......
