I order every month and every month…

I order every month and every month between 8- 10 days i have to ask for my order to please be delivered.
I just sent this message out again today.
Hi I placed my order 11 days ago and its still not been dispatched? This is my monthly supply for breast cancer support. Every single month I have to follow up for my order to be released, in end i end up going to clicks to spend more money getting top ups while waiting?

The company has good customer services

The company has good customer service. Received my order within reasonable time. However I have been waiting for my reimbursement for the things that were out of stock. I'm still awaiting. Been 2 weeks plus.

Poor service and no communication.

I placed an order and received an invoice, but there was no further communication, delivery, or updates for 2 weeks. My email for an update went unanswered, and only after contacting them via WhatsApp was I told they were out of stock. Another week passed with no updates. WhatsApp stopped responding, leaving me in the dark. After requesting a refund via email, they sent another invoice, and 2 days later, the delivery arrived incomplete. When I inquired, I was told the missing items were out of stock. I’m still waiting for my refund. Poor communication and service.

Not so good experience

No communication, still waiting for refund for goods not delivered. I am not even told how long the refund process will take. Have to call them for every time. They did not even see some email I sent, I had to make follow up calls after sending the email

Fantastic service

The product I wanted was out of stock. They phoned to inform me so I can decide to purchase something else or get a refund. I was very pleased with a caller's manor of approach and her detailed explanations of the alternative products available.

There is poor communication

There is poor communication. I’ve been waiting for my order for 2 weeks. It still hasn’t arrived. Their lines don’t go through. They are rude on WhatsApp. They are unapologetic and unprofessional. They don’t respond to their emails. Worst medical supplier I’ve ever used.

When informed about the wrong design she sent for my scissors to be collected at very short time , thank you Adassa keep up the good work, so efficient, humble , and customer comes first to Adassa.
