I've never really dealt with OWL service other than ordering them. When I dealt with their sales team it was great.

We use our Owl Pros for family reunions during this pandemic. I originally bought the Owl for blending live and Zoom worship, but sadly the high angled ceiling created too much reverb for the mics. But I fell in love with its ability to make family meetings between the UK and USA so relaxed and enjoyable. This weekend my wife and I in the UK had a Quilt Along with my sisters in the USA. Each day was 8 hours of laughter, sewing, and sharing our progress. Thank you for an excellent camera, mics, & speaker.

Our Meeting Owl was the easiest hardware deployment ever. We get comments all the time on the quality and the focus on multiple people in our board room.

We purchased our first Owl Professional on March 2020. It died after the first month; Owl Lab's replaced it promptly. It is now October and we purchased four more units.
A single unit works well for small to medium rooms.
With physical distancing, the rooms cannot house as many people as they used to. For meetings involving 10 or more people with 6' physical distancing made the microphones a little weak. Then, Owl released firmware that allows unwired (WiFi direct) pairing of two cameras. This is a game changer for this system. One unit covers small to medium rooms; two units paired can now cover medium-large meeting rooms.

We love our two Meeting Owls! We leveraged our Meeting Owls before social distancing was necessary during meetings with external vendors, and with teammate working remotely. The ability to see everyone in the room while also seeing a larger image of one to two speakers is our favorite feature! After we came back to the office and needed to social distance during team meetings, we leveraged the Meeting Owl again. It makes team and client meetings feel more like in-person meetings, and less like awkward video conferences.

Meeting Owl Pro is the best piece of technology that we have purchased in the last 10 years. This product has allowed us a level of versatility with video conferencing that simply was unattainable at a reasonable price point. It is worth every penny!

The Owl was our Google savior. We have monthly sales calls to close our deals. Without the Owl our business would have been in trouble. With it, it's business as new, not usual. We may never go back to doing in-person calls exclusively.

The owl allowed us to connect multiple classrooms together for programming saving money on travel costs between the sites. We are flying with our owls.

Have been using the Meeting Owl for about 2 years now and it's brilliant. Especially in a time of endless Zoom meetings - we are able to create a welcoming visual space for all to feel on par and communicate efficiently and effectively.

Any time we've had a question the response has been prompt and easily understood.

Our county has purchased a number of OWLs amongst our departments.
The product quality has been excellent and our one issue was handled quickly by their support team.

We were in need of a camera/speaker setup for an important meeting. One of our team members recommended we consider the Owl. I saw that the Owl was back ordered and would ship after the date of our meeting so I reached out to see if there was anything Owl could do to help. Bob was incredibly helpful and let me know that there was about an 80% chance that we would receive the Owl in time. Bob went above and beyond to try to get our Owl in before the meeting and maintain communication with me on the status. We received the Owl the day before the meeting. The setup was seamless, and the technology worked great. Thank You!

These are really a Hoot!

They are so easy to setup and use without the need of a full staff of technical people supporting you. Just plug it in, select it like any other USB web camera, and away you go. Regardless if you are using Google Hangouts, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or any other platform, it works very well.

At the start of Covid-19 travel restrictions we bought the Meeting Owl Pro for our conference room. We looked at high end wall mount systems, but in the end opted for the more intimate and participative feel of the Meeting Owl. Since being able to return to our office in May we have held +150 investor relations video calls and almost everyone comments on the clarity of the sound, the quality of the image and the fact that everyone is close to the camera. They also comment on the split screen and the panoramic view. We have found that it makes our meetings more personal. Best thing we did in the pandemic was buy our Meeting Owl system.
