This experience has been horrible
This experience has been horrible. Our Owl Bar does not function as advertised, the speaker is WAY too quiet to be functional. We were told that the company is aware of the issue and has a special software change to help. That change just boosts the bass on the speaker to artificially pump up the volume but it makes voices unintelligible. It also renders the microphone too quiet to be understood by the people on the other end of the call. The customer service person I am speaking with has acknowledged over and over that the company is aware of the issue and might release a software update in the future to solve it. You simply cannot sell me a product that you know is defective and then refuse to allow me to return it.

Great Performance!
I was on a tight deadline for use of a grant to obtain items for upgrading a number of conference rooms.
Matt Guarino was a fantastic responsive help throughout the hectic last two days, assisting with technical advise and web ordering assistance. Including with less than an hour left of the grant funding expiration was able to expedite an additional unplanned for purchase!

The Owl 4 is easy to setup and picture quality is amazing!
The Owl 4 is easy to setup, the picture quality is amazing, the default picture that automatically finds the people talking and the entire room in the top header is extremely nice. I don't know of a better conference room system than the Owl 4. It is a great value for the money.
