Frustrating
Frustrating trying to get pre-sales support, had to set up an account to ask a question - website is not informative, links go round in circles, no email to speak of, the chat took ages to connect only to be met with vague information (CS15218818) - even the email link to trustpilot didn't work. I tried to delete my account only to be sent an email stating 'Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we are unable to delete your account at this time' - OVHcloud are not a serious company.

Very slow support, multiple calls needed
At last Alicja P. was able to solve my problem. I would give her five stars, but unfortunately not to some others of her colleagues.
My account at OVH was very old and linked to two email addresses that do not exist anymore.
When I tried to log in, I was asked for a dual-factor authentication code sent to my ancient email address. So the only thing I could do was filing a request to OVH to change that email address. I filled a PDF form and sent my ID card by email.
No answer after 1 week.
I then called their support on the italian phone number and was told that was not a technical issue, but a billing issue, so I called again selecting the right option, talked with a guy which reassured me he would have sent to my current email address a new form to be filled in, but I didn't receive anything. Next week (10 days from original request) I talked with Alicia which was able to sort out and finally next day the email address associated with account was updated. In the meantime I had to find other ways to accomplish what I had to do, because too much time was passed from my request.
Also other support requests I sent in the past were answered only after some days. I know this was standard support, which is free, but this is not an acceptable level of service.

Technically disappointing experience with a high-end dedicated server
I ordered a high-tier dedicated server (~$2000/month) for a performance-sensitive workload.
The server was delivered with mixed SSD models !!! having different physical sector sizes. While support stated that both use 512 logical size and “the OS sees no difference”, this misses the point. For certain workloads and storage configurations, physical characteristics do matter.
What disappointed me more than the configuration itself was the response process:
Long response times - days
Answers that felt dismissive rather than technical
No clear ownership or escalation
After several days of back and forth, I decided to cancel the server.
I understand mistakes happen. But at this price level, I expected clearer technical communication and faster resolution.
I hope OVHcloud improves escalation processes for customers running production workloads.

Our experience with OVH has been confusing and frustrating. It appeared that on the OVH portal we could have a free RAM upgrade on our servers. It turns out that the upgrade was actually a downgrade despite the site saying that this would not happen. After the first downgrade we then tried to cancel all future interventions which proved very difficult. There is no way of cancelling the intervention on the portal. So we raised tickets for these, but got no confirmation that these would be actioned before the intervention date. Eventually we used the Chat on the portal to contact an actual person. At this point the experience changed as Victor B was very helpful and managed to cancel the interventions within a few hours and kept us informed along the way.

Last time I gave it a 5, today I gave it a 1. I've been a customer (baremetal, public cloud) for 10 years. I recently ordered and paid for two dedicated machines on February 3rd. They were supposed to arrive within 3 days. After a week of silence, I contacted support with a brief message: "It will be here on the 16th," with no explanation for the delay or silence. Today, the 16th, the day is ending, and I still don't have any dedicated servers. Now, in the chat, some cheerful consultant wrote to me, "Order delayed, it will be here on the 27th." And instead of explaining, the guy disconnected the chat.
This is so completely absurd and unserious that words are amiss. I strongly advise against using it.
I feel like something is wrong with OVH and their customer service: I don't know what's going on with my order, there's no contact... This is NOT what a serious business looks like...

honestly i was impressed i did alot of experiments so i needed to reinstall the Operating system (os) alot and it was done in seconds and access to the vps was so easy it came with a public ipv4 and v6 and the ping was insanely good, access to the vps from the panel was easy aswell and support was fast, thank you OVHcloud

Horrible experience for just buying a vps , live chat closed on me without fixing my issues , requested a reinstall didnt even bother to do it . cant acces my vps , email are not received when you do rescue mode ... funny service , pay only with paypal dont get scammed.
