Not waterproof
At first, everything was fine. After a year, the case leaked. Even though it was submerged only a few centimeters, it filled with water. The phone was damaged by the water and had to be dried out. Warranty was denied. Poor customer service, poor product. Last buy with overboard!

We did carefully assess your warranty claim and the photographs you provided. The images clearly show a puncture through the body of the case material, away from the welded seams and joins. This type of damage is consistent with external/accidental damage rather than a manufacturing defect, and unfortunately our warranty does not cover damage of this nature.
We appreciate that this was disappointing, particularly given the consequences of water entering the case. However, we did not simply deny the claim without assessment; we reviewed the evidence provided and explained why the damage did not fall within our warranty coverage.
As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered 35% off the RRP of a replacement case, despite the damage not being covered under warranty.
We’re sorry that we were unable to provide the outcome you were hoping for, but we hope this clarifies why the warranty claim was declined and the goodwill solution we offered.

Awesome products

Quality is absolutely superb.
I would recommend to use cartoon boxes instead of nylon packaging as the product might be damaged during the transportation. In general I'm very satisfied by all the producta I purchased.

Second overboard bag
This is the second overboard bag i've had and the quality and prices are great. Definitely recommend for anything water based or if you want to be able to hose your bag down to clean it after use inside or out
