Ordered dumbbells with next day delivery. There was a problem with the delivery, spoke to Sydney and after her contacting Parcelforce they arrived the following day.

Outstanding customer service. PO misdelivered my order to a completely different address. Outrivals responded to query on a Sunday and I had a replacement by Tuesday. All managed in a friendly helpful way - would definitely use again. Can't recommend highly enough.
