Brilliant Plates at cheap Price
Plates are great. I picked up a set of 20kg plates and a set of 15kg plates for £140!
My first delivery only had one set on it so I emailed the team and got a prompt reply back stating the other set would be on its way the following day. AS promised they were. Can't fault them and pleased with product and service hence 5 stars! will be shopping here again

Take orders for items not in stock
This company advertised good discounts, which encouraged me to purchase some dumbbells. The items with the best discounts were not even in stock, so I was sent the remainder of the order that I would not have ordered alone. I asked for the original order when back in stock, but they were unhelpful.

Thank you for your feedback. When you made your purchase of your dumbbells, one of the weights were out of stock which was refunded to you straight away without any delay. We then dispatched your item the next working day which was in stock which I can see has been successfully delivered. Having received your email, we then explained to you that unfortunately we will not be restocking our inventory any further once we have sold our remaining stock.
All items as mentioned on our website have been discounted 50% off RRP. If you would like to send back your item that you have received for a full refund as you have not mentioned this to us, we are happy to sort.

Trying to contact outrivals after buying a myzone switch watch from themselves just under a year ago and am conscious that it may only have a years warranty but I cannot seem to get any response from them.
Would be helpful if this line of contact can resolve my problem with a purchase that now seems not to be working

Good price for hex dumbbells
Had a good price on hex dumbbells which can get very expensive, and delivered quickly with no dramas (other than DHL turning up an hour early...!). They seem absolutely solid and fine; not perhaps the very top range (some imperfections in the moulding) but plenty good enough for my setup.

Quick delivery of MyZone Switch
Received a MyZone Switch in a very quick two days on standard delivery. Unfortunately a strap was missing, but this was also rectified within a couple of days and sent on separately. No fuss resolution of a minor problem!

I've ordered over 5 pairs of 20kg…
I've ordered over 5 pairs of 20kg plates from these guys before and numerous over items. On my latest order one of the plates I ordered was drastically different to the others. It had a different shade of blue to the other specked plates.
I would attach photos but haven't got the option to.

5 months chasing for a refund!
Ordered a set of dumbells with next day delivery... nothing showed up for a month(!) so I cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere.
It's now been 5 months and I'm still having to regularly chase them trying to get a refund. If you can't get your products to customers then take responsibility and give them their hard earned money back!
