Speedy and well managed lock repair

Outlook installed my the windows and doors tot he whole of my house two and a half years ago, recently one of the door looks got jammed and couldn't be unlocked. I contacted the company in the morning and by 11am a technician attended to rectify the problem. Instead of charging the cost of drilling out the lock barrel and supplying a new one the technician removed the glass from the door and rectified the issue without the need for a new lock or new keys etc. The job was complete in less than 15 minutes. The windows and doors themselves have been trouble free.
