I needed to have my April bill produced…

I needed to have my April bill produced so I could view it online. Jayne answered my call and she was very friendly in tone, helpful, readily agreeing to produce the bill, she also checked whether I needed anything else, and wished me a nice day. Jayne has very clear diction too. All you could want from a representative of your Company. Thank you Jayne.

Meter reading non acceptance

Mira dealt with my query effectively on the phone. She understood the problem I was having and sorted it there and then without delay. Hopefully my switching to Outfix Energy will now run smoothly and issue free.

Jayne was very helpful and informative. She gave all the information I needed to make a decision and fulfilled my request quickly and easily. Highly recommended. If all of customer service staff are as good I wouldn't hesitate to call if I needed help again. THANK YOU.

I never expected this type of customer…

I never expected this type of customer service the agent sanath don't even read my email and messed up with my account and DD now I will be leaving Outfox because of this if they have employees like this i dont want to stay with u guys anymore, take action regarding this and the agent or else I will sue you

Rapid response

Mohammed was courteous and very efficient. We had a gas leak and he quickly arranged for an engineer to come out within a few hours - faster than we expected. Very satisfied customers.

Avoid these take money they are not due.

Avoid these, how the g got this rating is beyond me. I moved to another company and they kept taking my money, when I complained they sent me a clause in the contract which wait it is your responsibility to end any direct debits. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I have swapped companies several times and this is definitely a first.
