Absolutely gorgeous! The quality is fantastic, beading and stitching is amazing craftsmanship and the sizing was perfect! The customer service representative was prompt in answering my questions and was very courteous. the value of the dress is incredible I would have probably would have spent so much more in a bridal boutique for the same dress at least 3 times as much. The tailoring and shipping time was incredibly fast considering the dress was custom sized to fit me. It's my dream dress come true! THANKS SO MUCH OUTERINNER my wedding is going to be so special and I'm going to look fantastic!

Poorly made dress: the dress lining poofs in places it isn't supposed to, the hem lines don't match and the side seam is very wonky. Also, took them over 30 business days to send me the dress, even though they claim it'll take a max of 20. I had to sent two separate emails to even get any information about what was happening with my dress. And it didn't ship for another 5 days on top of their assurance my dress was being 'checked for quality'. I left enough time to get the dress so i would have the chance to have it here before my brother's wedding in June and return if need be, but because they took almost two months to send me the dress. Also, they only agreed to pay for the upgrade to my shipping because THEY didn't make my dress within the allotted time and after THEY changed my shipping without my consent after they realized just how late they were.

EDIT: After voicing my issues with the dress, the customer service at OuterInner has gone above and beyond to help me, even though I didn't actually tell them the issues until after their allotted time. They even have stuck with me, trying to find a solution after I told them I expected no solution as the wedding is too soon and I was late in my response. The dress isn't what I was hoping for and I was originally disenchanted with their customer service after voicing my concerns when looking for my MIA dress, but after discussing the issues with Frunie, I feel better knowing they would have done everything in their power had there been time.

I wouldn't order a dress that you need ASAP, but if you have some time and are willing to work with Customer Service, they are willing to fix any issues. The other bridesmaids haven't seemed to have any issues with this company, so perhaps I just got the one mistake out of a couple hundred dresses. They do have a wonderful selection and are a lot cheaper for a custom-made dress than anywhere else I've seen.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I'd never suggest them to anyone I know, and I'm warning other people to be cautious. I ordered what I thought would be a gorgeous wedding dress on February 2nd. I thought I was being cautious by ordering with paypal - I thought even if it took the 20 days that the website says to make the dress, surely it wouldn't take much longer than that to get here. After all, shipping was $51 - even from overseas, that's expensive. I assumed that part of the cost was to expidite the dresses.
I was not pleased when I got the dresses. The fabric was cheap-feeling and the dresses were quite a bit longer than I was comfortable with. The sleeves were too tight at the top, and weirdly loose at the bottom. The neckline, which was gorgeous on the model in the picture, pinched my skin and made me look like I had weirdly overdeveloped neck muscles - sort of like a bridal She-Hulk.
So, I thought that ordering with Paypal would give me a little security because I could always open a complaint with them. However. The dresses did not arrive until April 1st, well after the 45 day window to open said complaint.
There's a certain kind of calculating, evil genius in that. I don't believe that the timing is a coincidence. My first thought was that Outerinner.com had complaints opened in the past and figured out a way to get around it.
But then I thought maybe I was jumping to conclusions and I should give customer service the chance to fix their mistake.
When I did, the customer service rep asked for really invasive things - first, to take pictures of myself in the dress, and then for my measurements. When I explained that how weird that request was and that one of the dresses was for someone else who wasn't super happy with the way her dress fit, they suggested the following things:
- To alter the dress. (After having waited for two months for the dresses to arrive in the first place, I doubted that the alterations would be done in time for my wedding. Additionally, shipping the dresses back and forth again would cost over $100.)
- To have the dress altered here. (Which would likely be more costly than the dress.)
- To order a new (custom) dress from outerinner.com at 20%. (No thank you. I've had the WORST customer experience of my life so far.)
- To sell the dress to a friend at cost. (What? Really? This assumes that I have a friend who is my size getting married soon. And that I am totally fine with selling my friend a dress that I found to be poorly made. Clearly, outerinner assumes that I don't want to build lasting friendships with other brides.)
Please space yourself the horrible experience of ordering from this shady company. My partner and I are both students, so I thought I was going to save money by ordering a dress from Outerinner.com - but instead, I am out the cost of two dresses and shipping on top of the dress I will actually be walking down the aisle in. Don't order from this company.

Together with my wife, we were searching for the perfect dress for her. We wanted something really special beacuse of a very important event we had to participate in. Outerinner gave us the opportunity to find the perfect dress, quickly easily and in an affordable price. I really prefer it from some expensive shops in "central streets" that sell dresses of the same or worse quality in double prices almost.
I was really amazed by the support of the staff, quick and informative. I would recommend Outerinner to any interested buyer!

Outerinner to put it simply have been perfect for the purchase of a prom dress me and my daughter made. Compared to some high street retailers the prices were much lower for the same, if not better quality dresses at Outerinner. After placing our order it was delivered quicker then the quoted delivery time which was happily surprising, and the product itself was absolutely perfect. She could not have asked for a better quality dress that fit as well as it did; no modifications had to be made whatsoever. I would highly recommend this company for all your dress needs. Thanks!

I was looking for a dress for my wedding, and couldn't find any that really stood out to me. I was getting frustrated with the whole process: looking for dresses, bad/pushy customer service. I then started looking up custom dress makers and came across OutterInner. Long story short, I had a fantastic experience creating the dress of my dreams. 2 thumbs up!

I had run out of ideas on what to do for a bridemaids dresses. I had looked at all the local stores. Either I didn't like the dress or my girls didn't like the dress. So I turned my search to the internet. I found a great dress on outerinner.com. I was a little nervous or cautious about getting dresses online. I was running out of options and I found a dress that everyone liked. So the girls bought the "Floor-length Chiffon Square Ruffles Bridesmaid Dresses". We were all nervous waiting for the dresses to arrive. However, I really liked this company's return policy. That gave me peice of mind. Most places online give you no options to return the dresses if there are issues. The ordering was easy. The dresses arrived quickly. And we all loved the dresses! This was an overall great experiance. I would recommend this company to anyone. I almost wish I would have gotten my bridal dress here. Very pleased!

I needed a dress for my best friend's wedding and this site was strongly recommended by my friend so I went to take a look. At first, I was impressed by the price and the variety of stylish designs they offered.

I picked the dress when it was on special and the overall price including the postage was still below $100! For the same quality I would probably be charged much more at local store.

The shopping guide on the website is very useful and very easy to understand. There are many colours available to choose from, and they have very detailed illustration about different fabric materials. Together with detailed size chart, it should not be difficult to figure out your size. Was a bit worried when I first ordered but at the end the dress turned out perfectly fitted .

Items are despatched from Shenzhen. My dress got here in Australia in about 3 weeks which was quite what I expected. They offered other faster method such as DHL however if you are not in hurry then standard mail would do.

Overall I was extremely happy with Outerinner's service and would recommend to friends. Thumbs up!

I came across the Strapless Empire Waist Coctail Dress dress at a wedding and I don’t like saying it, but it was my best friend who was wearing it. That said she looked absolutely fabulous and I had to ask her where she got it. Thinking it was going to be very expensive from somewhere in town I was extremely surprised when she pointed me to a website where this dress is only around £50 with delivery! I couldn’t stop thinking how she must be pulling my leg, especially with this quality for that outstanding price.

She proved me wrong the next when I received an email with the link. To put the next part simply, I ordered myself one straight away (after all, £50 is nothing compared to other high street dresses costing over £100). The website states that as a rule delivery takes 2-3 weeks and it came to the UK in around 18 days, so it was well within their estimations.

The dress is strapless with an A-line silhouette and the whole thing comes to about knee length. I prefer the white colour option as I am frequently attending weddings at the moment and it could also be used by my daughter for her prom.

What I liked about the dress

The first thing I liked is the amazing price that you simply cannot argue with. This put with the style knee-length design and range of colours available is absolutely outstanding. The Chiffon Fabric is extremely comfortable and the dress fits perfect which has enabled me to wear it on more than one occasion without feeling guilty. It just looks too good to be left in my wardrobe.

What I wasn’t too fond of

I wasn’t amazed with the dress being strapless and I would have brought the exact same dress and preferred it if it included shoulder straps as I think it suits me better. The only other thing is that the delivery time could have been a problem if I only found this dress a week or so before my event. Luckily I got there at the right time.

Overall I think this bridesmaid dress is much more than your average dress. For such an amazing price you simply cannot argue with the superb quality dress you receive a few weeks after making your order with OuterInner.

Outerinner has some of the most interesting dress designs that I've ever seen so far. I ordered their A-line Sweetheart satin bridesmaid dress recently to attend a friend's wedding, and it turned out even better than I expected. I was quite impressed at the their meticulous design concepts. The silhouette is shaped to be contemporary, giving you a classy, pleasant touch that is not too exaggerated. It has a double layer skirt which gives more zest to the edge. The dress is even coupled with a belt tie with a ribbon that blends smoothly so as to give more flavor to the dress; they really worked on all aspects and didn't leave any tiny details out! I totally do not have to fret about additional accessories to spice up my fashion as the dress did a really good job out of it. With custom designs to choose from, I was rather spoiled for choice because they all looked perfect to me. Filled with overall lovely grace with a tinge of nobility, the dress is charming and appealing, yet at the same time simple enough to not out-dress the bride!

Furthermore, with its timeless sense of fashion, I can actually wear it for future major events without appearing out of style or having to keep redesigning new dresses. Very functional and economical indeed. Not to mention that it is very affordable, easily below $100 for such a high quality dress. The material is very durable and the design is still managed to keep itself in shape despite my fairly clumsy and awkward nature haha. I even asked my bridesmaid friends to purchase the same dress as me, and they all loved its unique graceful design! We all wore the same A-line bridesmaid dress for the wedding, and looked wonderful in the photos. Even the bride couldn't believe that we easily got such a good dress online.

Although waiting 15 to 20 days for the dress to arrive felt long as I was really excited, it was well worth the wait because they ensure everything is perfect before delivering your order. Their customer support was very helpful too, despite me having a lot of concerns and queries. I'm quite a worrywart, yet they quelled all my queries efficiently. Having had such a pleasant experience with them and such a great dress, I'll recommend Outerinner to anyone who is fussing over the complicated female fashion statements.
