I ordered same product from fleo shop and never received it. alt turned out that was a total scam. Just wonder if they keep changing their name after so long to keep scam going. Either way will not try and buy that product again.

Ordered cables a year ago. Never received.
STILL no refund despite numerous e-mails. Last one June 2021 saying will be sent in 10 days. Still waiting and now e-mail does not work.
Absolutely useless

Completely out of the blue tonight I got yet another email from them assuring me that my order was definitely dispatched and is on its way. They’ve been telling me that since September 2020!

I have had just the same experience ordered in Aug 2020 still no delivery emailed numerous times said due to covid issues, last email I sent in May 2021 email said refund on way but still not materialsed 4 weeks later.

On 27/8/20 I placed an order for £17+ via Facebook. The order went directly to payment as soon as credit card detail was added ...this was rather suspicious and I emailed immediately to cancel order ... I received nothing back to either confirm order or arrange refund as requested... I’m normally rather cautious checking reviews prior to purchases but on this occasion let my guard down because it was through Facebook... I trusted it to be genuine... lesson certainly learned there... Facebook offers no guarantee .... I doggedly persisted and emails were exchanged back and forth ... they offered order No. 730D946572 which as expected proved to be false... carriers were 17TRACK ...FK Commerce are listed on Facebook and part of the scam team... they too emailed several times saying they guaranteed my order would eventually arrive ...more lies... they too then failed to return emails... I’m sure the plan is to wear customers down with false promises until they eventually give up... I don’t give up easily... they are also relatively small amounts lost so this is probably the usual option... I contacted my credit card company to advise ... they were very helpful ...today I’ve raised a complaint through ActionFraud in order to hopefully stop scam merchants profiting from ordinary decent folk....

I have had the same but I just emailed them saying I know they scamming people and was taking all complaints that I found on the Internet about them and the emails to the police and trading standards and a hour later I had my refund in the bank

Found the same issue as other customers, thieves and liars blaming COVID for the delay, been waiting 4+ months to no avail. Eventually contacted my credit card company for a refund and they are now lying by saying it’s delivered, even though their tracking says “not found” and they cannot prove delivery. Cannot believe they have the audacity to argue with my credit card company, which just shows the depths they will stoop to.

Ordered charging cables from them via an advert on Facebook and been fobbed off with excuses ever since
Hope they burn for this and Facebook should be held responsible for enabling and representing scam companies!

Extremely poor I have not even received my goods that purchased in May. Order no OBD39B4F56,I was told in September that Covid was to blame . I asked for a refund I had no response.

They don't deserve any stars for rating them. I ordered on August 26,2020 called several times and It was in quarantine because of covid I tried again today to call and kept getting a recorded message then it would hang up. I wish I would of read these reviews too so I hope nobody else will be scammed

Firstly they don't exist. They promise to send you charging leads and don't, then say yes we'll refund you. But don't. I ordered 6 leads for just over £55 never got them. What a scam.

This is a recurring theme! I ordered 3 charging cables in August at a cost of over £30 still not received anything when I complained they blamed it on their shipping partners and COVID I asked for a refund and haven’t heard anything since! Just rip off merchants do not go near .

Do NOT buy from this company. I have had exactly the same experience as the other two customers. I ordered charging cables at the end of August 2020. It’s now early December and they still haven’t arrived! I don’t believe the goods were ever sent. When I repeatedly complained, I received excuses about their shipping being delayed because of Covid. When I demanded a refund, I was initially offered a 25% discount. “Discount on what?” I said. “You haven’t delivered anything.” Eventually, they agreed to a full refund weeks ago but guess what? Yep, problems with their payment processing company! No refund yet received. Do not be duped into buying from this company. They will rip you off.

This company just steal your money it’s a scam don’t buy never got leads never got a refund they just reply there in financial difficulty!!!! Ordered in July 20

Do not buy from these people. This is a scam, they will send emails promising that your item has been sent but you will never receive it. You will not get your charger or a refund. I only gave a 1 star as you can't choose a minus.

Minus stars if it was an option! Absolute scammers. Takes your money, do not provide you with any goods. All you get is fobbed off lying emails. I doubt these chargers even exist. Wish I hadn’t been so quick to buy, I doubt I’ll ever see my money again. How they’re still ‘trading’ I don’t know.

Minus if possible. 3 months no cable just lying emails if I contacted them.
Will repost if actually do receive it!
