High quality candles
Ostens candles are without a doubt the best quality scented candles I have ever bought. They are long lasting and have a lovely scent. This was my 4th purchase. Delivery is quick and customer service is exceptional. I really need to visit them at Selfridges next time I am in London. I have also bought a perfume from Ostens which is lovely. Not as long lasting as I had expected but still a high quality perfume.

I ordered the discovery size cashmerian Velvet, I do like the scent but don't love it, I was a little disappointed I couldn't detect a patchouli note within the scent, the sandlewood is the strongest note so far but maybe after another use I will detect the other notes within this perfume. I would try other scents from Ostens

atomiser not working
received the sample in a reasonable time and well packaged. but something wrong with the atomiser that I simply couldn't get the perfume out for testing.

gorgeous end to end experience
The products are absolutely gorgeous, I am addicted to their Jasmine candle and I only want my husband to wear Patchouli II. And the service is incredible, each time I’ve made a note about receiving the product on time for a birthday or celebration, it arrived super smoothly.
