Pathetic and dishonest seller. Do not trust them

I spent €162 to order a silver ring that specifically should not be oxidized. After it was made, they sent me photos for confirmation and said they would ship it — but what I received was a completely different ring: a black, oxidized one.

They admitted the mistake, but are now refusing to follow their own refund policy. They won’t accept a return or issue a refund, and are acting like nothing happened — ignoring messages, deleting chat history, and basically trying to force the wrong item on me.

Disgusting scammers. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and shameless.
Avoid them at all costs.
