OSO Vintage Is a scam
I placed an order on this website on Oct 15. I’ve sent 4 separate emails inquiring about the status of my order (the only way to contact this company is from the website. The address listed on their website is invalid, and any emails sent to it come back listed as undelivered). Today is the 25th and have heard nothing from them. My order has yet to ship, and I don’t know anything other than I’ve been charged for the order. I’ve been completely ignored. Do not trust this website!!!! Save yourself!!! They are a complete scam.
Addendum:
Osovintage.com finally responded on the evening I left this review. The only way to contact this company is through there web page. Copying and pasting the email address will only see your email returned because “the email address is invalid and your message could not be delivered.” On their page, you are required to enter a phone number as part of your contact information needed for a response. As stated previously I’ve contacted them 4 times and have sent them all my contact info all 4 times. The response they sent after leaving my review stated, “Hi, This is Osovintage. We are so sorry for any inconvenience. Please, inform us of your phone number so we can deliver the package for you easier. Please, reply to us ASAP.” This response made no sense to me as 1. They clearly had my email as I received this message, 2. They already had my phone number as it was entered in the 4 previous times I emailed them from their website, and 3. In all previous emails I included the order number. My order should not have been difficult to look up. I nonetheless emailed them again and included all of my contact info (I tried responding to their email, but it was kicked back to me with the same invalid address message, so back to the website I went.). Today is the 27th, and I have heard nothing else.
Addendum 2:
Because of Osovintage.com’s shady business practices I have had to dispute the charge on my account, which required the bank to cancel my card. I have bills coming up that I now cannot pay because I no longer have an active debit card. I must wait 10-14 days for a new card. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare. Stay away from this website!!!!!

10/31/2021. I still have yet to hear a response from them. I’ve been ghosted.

11/04/2021. No package, no refund, no response. Still waiting for my new card, still down $46.00.
