Absolutely Terrible Quality and Worse Customer Service

Absolutely awful - the quality is terrible (costume quality) and the dress wouldn't even zip up. Their customer service agents were beyond unreasonable, they would not offer a refund after I sent them a video of the zipper not working even when not worn, and would not admit it was defective. They threatened me with their "legal team" for leaving bad reviews, even though all I said is that they are very bad quality and their customer service is even worse. They do not understand this is free speech, and are very angry at me letting people know I was not happy with the defective dress that cannot be worn by anyone and that I need to throw away.
