Very positive experience with friendly and very helpful staff (including the dog)! The pick-up point was a little out of the way and could be improved with confortable seats for customers whilst waiting, but on a personal and à technical level it was superb. The Mitsubishi Space Star is à great little car for à taller driver, and the person in charge went out of his way to drop us off in Tarragona at the end of our trip. Thank you for an excellent experience.

5 star experience. Unfortunately I don’t get the males name that served us but he couldn’t do more for us. He was so friendly and helpful. We had booked two cars for a party of 8 as it was cheaper than a 8+ seater upon arrival we were offered a 9 seater for the same price. 10mins taxi journey from Reus airport. The price was a lot cheaper and after reading reviews from the services in the e airport I looked into more local car hire services and so glad we did! The insurance and deposit options were very reasonable too unlike Goldcar who wanted €1400!

Efficient and very professional

We had an outstanding experience renting a car here. The vehicle was brand new, perfectly clean, and smelled fresh — clearly very well maintained. The consultant, Borja, was professional, friendly, and made the whole process effortless. He explained all the rules clearly and stayed in touch with us throughout the rental period to make sure everything was going smoothly.

A small tip for future renters: be attentive when selecting dates in the calendar. If you choose two days, the system will require you to return the car on the second day before 9:00 a.m., which will actually be calculated as just one full day of rent. Borja helpfully recommended simply extending the return time instead — an easy fix that saved us confusion.

Their attention to detail and genuine care made us feel confident and well looked after. Highly recommended!

They were very helpful, as my Spanish was very limited, the English speaking agent was great, the car was delivered on time despite the fact I gave them a wrong contact number. Excellent little car very new, when I had to leave earlier than expected I left the car and phoned them and my deposit was bank in my account very quickly. Highly recommended by me

I was a bit worried as I had never heard of Oscar before but my options were limited so I just had to go for it. Pleased to say that the staff were very helpful in catering for my needs! I’ll most certainly use their services again next time I’m in Denia. Thank you, team!

Communication by WhatsApp was quick and efficient. Collection and return at the drop off by BP Torrox was very easy for us. The only issue we had, was when we collected the van, the battery was completely flat, so this should really be checked properly.

Very Friendly Car hire.
We went through the conditions of the car together, the staff took pictures on the car and this pictures was included in the contract. After rental period ended, the staff helped me order a taxi from the office. The office is a little remote, but close both from Las Calentillas and Candelaria. Take a taxi for 23 Euros. Much cheaper rates than the traditional companies.

Fast, without complications, and specific about terms and conditions. I would like the employers to speak more English, but keeping in mind that Jaen is not as touristic as other big cities, overall, it was a pleasure renting from Oscar.

Absolutely horrible experience renting from Oscar Car Rental in Motril. The car we rented lasted about 10 minutes until the first hill then slowly died and I had trouble keeping it going in first gear! Finally on the second hill it started smoking and making terrible noises then completely died on the side of a major freeway. After promising several times to refund our rental fees, Oscar never did send my refund. Renter beware!!
