After leaving a review several months ago and submitting a formal complaint, I have received no acknowledgment or response whatsoever. No one has contacted me to address the issues raised.
What is particularly concerning is that I was later sent an email falsely claiming that they had spoken with me, which is simply untrue, and asking me to amend or remove my review in their favor.
This lack of transparency and accountability is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their business practices.
Hopefully they will be held accountable for their actions. Don’t sign a contract, Run…
PS- the reply they just gave it’s the same one I have been getting for months. At the end of the day, no one does anything and no one is being held accountable.

I submitted all the documents required, completed my application and was approved on 5th Feb - the car I had chosen had a lead time of 3-5 weeks. I have since been tracking the progress on the app - when the delivery date got pushed out yesterday morning (5th March) I reached out to the customer support team on whatsapp and was told not to worry and that they were doing their best to get the car to me asap and it was an issue with manufacturer (Lexus) and logistics partners. I said ok thank you. 6 hours later I receive a notification through the app that my contract has been cancelled with no explanation! I whatsapp them as they have been very responsive in previous queries or when they are trying to get you on board and all of a sudden now they are not responding? I gave them personal financial documents, I have waited a month now for a car I was told would be with me shortly only yesterday and now nothing??? No explanation??? This lack of transparency, communication and disregard for my time they have wasted is extremely disappointing!!

Today I was awaiting delivery of our Revel car (6 weeks after signing contracts).
The car never arrived, so I messaged the delivery driver (who had messaged me earlier in the week). He told me Revel had cancelled the delivery with him without explanation and they should have emailed me to explain the reasons.
Our current lease car was returned today so I’m now without a car and Revel ghosting all my attempts at communication.
I called twice, had the phone put down on me and the second I was promised a callback straight away. Never happened. I sent multiple WhatsApp’s to the customer care team... complete silence.
My children both needed collecting from school, I had to order a taxi for a half hour round trip. I explained this to Revel.. still no reply.
I have spent the evening attempting to get in touch with Revel but every message is being ignored. They honestly do not care at all!
I’m now in a position where Revel have taken my money, but I’m left with no car and absolutely no idea on if or when this will be rectified.
I understand issues occur, but to be ignored all day without any explanation or reassurance is appalling. I have no idea what to do or who else to call.
Before I signed contracts, Revel were amazingly responsive and I felt so confident in using them. Right now I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs!!

My delivery was officially confirmed. Based on that confirmation, I returned my previous vehicle. On the scheduled day, the car was not ready at the dealer and I was not informed in advance. I was left without transportation and unable to go to work.
Despite not receiving the definitive vehicle, a “pre-delivery” charge of €326.23 was generated and billing was activated. At the same time, I was asked to pay €343.33 in advance for a temporary car.
This means the system was prepared to charge me before I even received the car.
The issue was clearly internal miscoordination between Revel and the dealer, yet the financial burden was initially shifted onto me.
Customer support do not replies, but the operational management and billing activation process are deeply concerning.
Confirming a delivery date and failing to deliver without prior notice — while activating billing — is unacceptable.

Tenía una fecha de entrega oficialmente confirmada. En base a esa confirmación devolví mi coche anterior. El día previsto, el vehículo no estaba listo en el concesionario y nadie me avisó con antelación. Me quedé sin coche y sin posibilidad de ir a trabajar.
A pesar de no haber recibido el vehículo definitivo, se activó la facturación y se generó un cargo de “pre-entrega” de 326,23€. Además, se me solicitó el pago anticipado de 343,33€ por un coche temporal.
Es inaceptable activar cobros antes de la entrega física del vehículo.
El problema fue claramente una descoordinación interna entre Revel y el concesionario, pero el impacto financiero intentó recaer sobre el cliente.
Muy mala gestión operativa y administrativa.

Although we had an issue with the initial delivery date of the car revel we’re very quick to rectify and ensure the problem was fixed very quickly. The car is fantastic. Brand new with great spec.

Rented a hybrid car from them for a year, the car had a battery problem or a starter problem, the company just ignored the problem. When it was the end of our contract and time for them to collect the car, it was just dead, they didn't want to collect it ignoring the end of contract and tried to continue to charge us for it! Unbelievable! We were furious! My husband was calling and writing day and night to make them collect the car, the one we are not responsible anymore. No one is responding, we're going to take serious measures like calling the lawyers because it's not okay.

First they accept me, I sign the contract. than for next two days I have to send additional documents( don't know why if I was accepted and contract was signed.)than they ask me for international license for which I had to pay to reject me at the end. like ...? So first accept and signed contract mean nothing? What about 50€ which I had to spend because they ask for it? Don't mention that everyone provides different information.

I signed a contract with Revel back in August and they said I'd have the car by October. It's now January and still nothing. In the meantime I've spent thousands on hire cars and hours attempting to contact them. Their initial sales team responded immediately to all queries and were almost hard-sell in their approach, such was their enthusiasm. Unfortunately, once you sign they stop answering messages and emails, and hardly ever answer the phone (and even when they do they can never resole anything). I have lost all confidence in this company. There is no way I want a 3-year contract with a company that leaves you in limbo for months on end with zero communication. I can see there being big problems if I ever have an issue once the car is actually delivered. Steer clear if you want to save yourself a lot of stress and inconvenience.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Revel. I went through their entire process, including the income verification and document checks. My application was fully approved, and the car was explicitly promised to me.
After I signed the lease agreement, I waited for two days, only to receive a sudden email stating that I wouldn't be getting the car after all—despite the fact that everything had already been cleared and the contract was signed. The email provided no reason or explanation whatsoever for this sudden cancellation.
Since that email, they have completely ghosted me. As many other reviews here mention: once the paperwork is done, they stop responding to every channel. I’ve tried calling, WhatsApping, and emailing them to get an explanation for this breach of trust, but they refuse to react.
It is extremely unprofessional to promise a car, verify all financial documents, have a contract signed, and then simply disappear without a word of explanation. Do not waste your time with this company – they are completely unreliable and their customer service is non-existent.

After-sales Customer Service is nonexistent. I had a problem that, due to a lack of accessible, up-to-date documentation and incomprehensible administrative efficiency, became a serious issue because I couldn't use the vehicle for four days. Bed careful, and review your contract. My valid contract didn't include the license plate number, and it took four days to receive the updated document from Revel.
