The insoles are great. Foot problems run in my family and I have a sunken arch and bunions. I also have knee and groin pain on the side where my bunion is. I have been wearing them for a few weeks and the inflammation on my bunion has gone down as well as the swelling behind my knee :)

The insoles worked for addressing my neuropathy due to flat feet. I am experiencing much lower pain due to the Morton's Neuroma, especially notice at night. The bunion that was forming has also decreased substantially. I have tried other insoles with limited success.

When I first tried the inserts, I thought "these are just like the store ones". After a week I realized my hip pain was greatly diminished and lower back felt better.

I’m had ankle pain regularly after standing for a while. After putting on orthodox there’s no more ankle pain and don’t feel tired. Thanks for the great insoles!

I have very high arches, no fat pads on the balls of my feet and bunions. So far, after about a week using the Orthoflex insoles, my feet feel good. I am anxious to see the long term impact.

Had the beginnings of Plantar Fasciitis in both heels and shooting pains up the back of my ankles, I do a lot of walking (about 9km per day)! I am in my 60’s so my arches have fallen slightly as well ☹️ The curvature in the insole wasn’t as dramatic as I expected so I didn’t think they would work, I was totally wrong! Within about 4 days I realised that the pain had completely stopped! Amazing and thank you!!! I shall be ordering more! 😊

I am 5’2” and 120lbs (8 1/2 stone), I didn’t feel I needed the extreme ones so bought the mid range, which are perfect for me

The insoles showed up when they were supposed to. Didn't have to cut them or make any adjustments. started wearing them from day one. I have no arch and most insoles that I've tried with arch support were painful. these are not painful at all. I own training studio, so I 'm on my feet a lot. I've used one of your competition's insoles for years. While I still use them, this could be a step up due to the arch support.

The order process was easy, the goods arrived very promptly and where good quality just as advertised and fitted my joggers without adjustments being required.

I contacted customer service as the insoles i ordered didn't fit my shoes they were to small.
Charlotte arranged shipment of the size up very quickly. This company takes care of thier customers and want them to feel important.

I have tried many other insoles with limited relief. These are true to their promise. They hold up under your weight and the arch seems to be slightly back of the middle of your foot, giving more support. Love them!

I had a question regarding the product and received a prompt answer via email. Customer service department answer my question quickly.
The inserts are good quality and are helping with pain in my feet and ankles.

Great product! I’m not sure how to use the “sponges”though

I bought two pairs of Orthoflexx insoles over a year ago and they literally changed my life. My foot/knee pain went from a 7 to next to nothing and I have gone from struggling to walk 2k steps a day to doing 10k plus. I bought another two pairs in April and accidentally ordered the wrong size as I had looked at the USA shoe sizes and they were replaced free of charge when I emailed to say what I had done. Superb service and brilliant product. Would not buy from anywhere else!!

After having surgery recovery was difficult because my foot swells and hurts my lowe ankle since I wore the soles I fell the pain decreased a lot and helps me to do my daily sports activities and my work like got a lot better without feeling so much pain. I recommend this product 100% 👌

Great customer service from Kamila - prompt, kind and understanding. Orthoflexx insoles definitely have a stronger arch than others I’ve tried, and whilst not got rid of it, they have definitely helped reduce my plantar fasciitis symptoms - I’m hoping with continued use they will. I’m a uk size 9.5 foot so the medium was suggested for my foot, but I found the L suited my foot better,
