I’ve ordered 4 items, all the same size, but 2 of them were not just a little bit smaller, but much smaller, I send it back and 3 weeks later I still didn’t get back my money. I think they are not going to pay me. Never order again, horrible cheating.

online order - never again!!! First you wait 3 weeks to get the package moving and then it's impossible to solve an issue of simple address change. The package went back because they were unable to communicate with their delivery company. NEVER order online!
They offer things that are sold out. They take your payment and then tells you sorry this is sold out wait 14 days for a refund. Scamming is what this is called.
Last week I have bough a Coat from Orsay ( Skyline Plaza). Then I found that the same coat with my favourite colour on orsay.de. So I have ordered it again from online and then I went to Skyline Plaza to give back the one with green colour. But I didn't get my money back.
One of the male staff from Orsay (Skyline Plaza) said me that I can get back only Gutschein from Orsay instead of money.
I have really wondered that as I didn't experience like this before since I arrived to Germany. It will be my first and last time at Orsay. I cannot believe them anymore.
2 out of 3 items that I bought easily fell apart after few times wearing them at home. Never buying again. Thought they had better quality but apparently its the same old story will almost all fashion brands :)
Very bad service! I was a customer for years and if you ask them to give you back the old payment methods, they can’t do nothing! No it department???? What is the problem? I was a pretty quick and credible customer, but when after the n- call no one cares. They just lost me as a customer forever!

I really like most of their designs. The quality is good and the price is decent. And I love the fact they give between 10 and 30% discount all year long to its club member. Pretty cool.

I ordered a dress from Orsay website on the 06.09. it says on the website the delivery is between 2-7 days. Finally after 11 days they have managed to send it on 17.09. 11 days of parcel sitting at the warehouse, and now it's been "travelling" for almost 10 days. It will be almost a month and still I have no word when it will be delivered.
There is no tracking on the website, although the email says there is. Customer service serves no purpose, they can't help you.
I have no words, avoid the online shop at all costs!
Just like the last post, had the same experience, didn't pay a bill on time as was away and stuck due to covid-19, paid as soon as I got back and received their only reminder and next thing, a credit agency is chasing me, after I have paid the bill. Other retailers do not do this and as soon as you paid up, they cancel the collection from what I heard, but orsay no way, how awful, the bill was not even open for upto two months. The customer service person was so so rude, she doesn't deserve to be on that seat. What a bitter taste they have left in my mouth.
I didn't receive any reminder and forgot to pay an invoice of 8 euros.Later they sent me in invoice of 75 Euros,a fine of 67 Euros for 8 Euros invoice,I followed up quickly and paid the 8 Euro + 7 Euro for additional cost but they did not accepted that. Usually the fines in Germany are 3 to 5 Euros but this company is truly a cheater,be careful with your shopping with them......
