LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Raindrop diffuser!! Great service, very helpful staff.

Organic Aroma's has the best nebulizers. They don't use water, just oils. The essential oils are amazing.

There was an payment issue initially and their responses are helpful and promptly.
I enjoy using the diffuser very much and thanks again.

The Radiance Nebulizing Diffuser works very well at diffusing essential oils into the air. The product is well made and aesthetically very pleasing.

I love the the fragrance. The product is so wonderful, and It's quiet. I going to get a couple as gift. It is so worth it!

I like the stylish design of this nebuliser. The glass looks especially pretty. It's easy to fill and it looks lovely when it lights up.
There are two things I don't like.
One - the fact that it connects at the front of the device, where the scent adjusting knob is. I'd rather have that out of the way, at the back or underneath (with a groove for the cable).
Two - the white nebuliser should come with a white lead and plug, to keep the whole unit looking stylish.
Overall, it's so much better than any of my water diffusers. So far, it's worth it.

This little diffuser is amazing. If you're looking for a diffuser that will spread throughout the house this is the diffuser for you. In a short amount of time the essential oils are permeating through the air and filling the space. I realized it doesn't have to run for 2 hours which is the set cycle. I really only wanted to see if it would, in fact, turn off after the cycle ended. Ten to fifteen minutes will more than suffice. The fine mist will linger in the air long after the diffuser is turned off. I would highly recommend this diffuser to anyone who likes to defuse essential oils. Cleanup is easy and it's a beautiful work of art. Thank you again Organic Aromas this was the perfect companion to the essential oils I love to diffuse.

First, I love my diffuser. It's the best thing ever. Not using water with the oil is very very important for getting the full oil benefit.

The top of my diffuser cracked about 7 months after I purchased, so I ordered a new one via Amazon. When I got the order confirmation from Organic Aromas, I figured it couldn't hurt to ask if there was a warranty on the glass. They said that unless it was a defect there was not, and I wasn't sure how it cracked. BUT....they sent me TWO replacements for the price of one to make me feel better!!! That is great service! I love this company! They are so friendly in addition to selling great products :) Thanks!

I initially purchased one of their diffuser unit on Amazon as I thought it had great potentials over the plastic-ware one would otherwise find. The slick design, glassware based container for the oil and overall, a design that do not seem prone to any leak or decay (any plastic model from other brand I tried end up having a rubber seal that leaks, wore down by the oils) made it a prime candidate for a house item.
The unit I purchased there unfortunately seem to have a defect in the glassware (it is hand blown so, small issues may appear). I left a comment on Amazon (it was not negative but noted that I am not sure it works at peak performance). The company immediately got back to me, wanting to help and suggested a few things to try first. My end-customer experience was outstanding. The person who handled my request was informative, very polite, and pretty friendly (take it as - Email conversation went with a feel of connection and understanding). After trying a few things, he sent me a replacement part. The unit now works perfectly and I am pretty satisfied. I purchased a second unit from their Web site (arrived 100% perfect). I would recommend both product and company.

I am so happy with the quality of the diffuser that I received from Organic Aromas. I have not seen another product that compares. Especially the solid wood base. So Beautiful! This Diffuser has a very unique design that results in a much stronger scent. Organic Aromas is a great company to do business with. They were prompt and thorough in answering my questions.

This company has an amazing customer service! The diffuser and the smart socket are a very nice addition to our living room and a healthier replacement of all the candles and plug ins.
