I purchased the red "Mobile-Mini 2.0…

I purchased the red "Mobile-Mini 2.0 Nebulizing Diffuser" 12-13-2023 (the exact same model sold today). The aroma wasn't very strong, I thought maybe it had a weak motor, or whatever it is that makes it run. It took me awhile to relalize I was given a defective item because there was an aroma - it was just fainter than it was suppose to be. Once it was disassembled (extremely difficult to pull the chamber out) and cleaned (also very difficult and took several boiling attempts despite following the directions), it just would not assemble back to normal, and now won't stay down for the mist to come out as it's suppose to, keeps popping up (which is hard to tell it's doing that). I was so frustrated, I put it away, then tried again much later, past the warranty. I totally regret my purchase.

To respond Organic Aroma's reply:
Thank you for the reply but I don't think it's applicable. I was very careful in NOT spilling ANY oil. I read the directions before use, used a dropper w/ the oil to be extra careful and made sure the oil did not touch the upper part of the diffuser - just like the directions say. It seems apparent the item was defective because it won't stay down either, keeps popping up, in order for the mist to be activated. Thank you for the offer, but no thank you.

When properly cleaned and maintained, the diffuser should produce a clear, noticeable aroma and the glass chamber should be easy to remove and reinsert. What you’re describing often happens when a small amount of essential oil accidentally gets on the outside of the glass and seeps down onto the rubber grommet inside the base. Over time, this can make the glass difficult to remove and can also allow oil to enter the base and affect the pump. It’s an easy mistake to make, especially with clear glass and highly fluid oils.

We also wish you had reached out to us within the first year, as this is exactly the kind of issue our warranty is designed to help with, and we would have been very happy to work with you on a replacement or repair. Even though your diffuser is now outside the warranty period, we still don’t want your lasting impression of our brand to be regret. If you’d like to give us another chance, we’d be glad to offer you a generous discount on a new unit.

2 diffusers stopped working within months

I don’t often write reviews, however I’m quite disappointed. I loved the look and function of my diffuser while it lasted. I bought it in 2018 and have taken great care of it, following all directions recommended by Organic Aromas. It stopped working a few months ago and was out of warranty. I was told I could send it for repair, at my own expense to have it shipped and with no guarantees. What prompted me to write this review is I now have another machine that has also stopped working. I reached out to the company to let them know, and it was reiterated I could send them for repair, again at my own expense for the shipping costs. These machines are beautifully crafted and are worth the money, provided they work longer than 3-4 years.

We offer a very generous FREE one year warranty, and we don't just fix the Nebulizing Diffuser for Free, we also pay for the return shipping along with the shipping to get the diffuser back in your hands. I apologize we do not offer a longer warranty period.

We will still fix your Nebulizing Diffuser for FREE, we just hope you can help by paying for the shipping expenses. We help lower this shipping expense by having a local representative in your country receive the diffuser and send it back to our factory for repairs. I think this is really quite reasonable and I am not sure of another company that has such a generous warranty and repair program.

Please clean the glass reservoir on your Nebulizing Diffuser frequently to keep it running in top shape always. When you clean the glass with the plastic pipette, be sure to flush the micro-tubes free and clear of any essential oil residue or build-up.

Another important note, when refilling your nebulizing diffuser you want to avoid spilling any oil outside the glass. If it runs down the glass and into the base of the diffuser it will ruin the pump.

Our diffusers are strong and powerful and will last many years, but like most products they do need a little tender loving care.

If you change your mind and still wish to send your diffuser to our local shipping representative, we would be happy to help repair your diffuser for FREE and send it back to you.

I apologize that we failed you. You clearly asked for a refund, provided us your paypal email address and we did not send the funds. In fact, you wrote two times, once on the 9th and then again on the 23rd of December. Both times, our customer service rep, Sophia, missed those emails.

She made a big mistake. We have admonished her and requested that she double her efforts to proactively seek out potential customer service issues and to closely monitor customer emails so as to not miss any. We have implemented a new system to tag "unprocessed" emails so that we can find them and solve them in a timely manner.

We failed you. This is our fault and we deserve your painful negative review.

However, we are no scam or fraud like you have mentioned in your site jabber and trustpilot reviews, That is unfair.

But, we did fail to answer your emails in a timely fashion. This was a human error, an oversight and a dereliction. But certainly no fraud.

In any case, we will learn from this and improve. We have already changed our internal procedures to force our customer representatives to double check email threads involving customer issues and make sure they are not missed.

We take this as a lesson on how to change, grow and improve. We will internalize this valuable lesson and evolve for the better.

Let's take a look at the facts of why you are upset and feel a need to lash out with a one star review.

We received your complaint that the paint on your nebulizing diffuser base was damaged and peeling. Many people understand the pure essential oils are strong and powerful and if a drop or two accidentally lands on your wooden diffuser base or your furniture the paint or finish will be damaged.

We include a special glass eye dropper to aid you when you refill your diffuser with essential oils to help prevent any spillage that may occur.

We understand not everyone understands how powerful essential oils are and we agreed you to send you a brand new diffuser base. All we asked is for you to package up your damaged diffuser and attach the pre-paid label and send it back to us and we would replace it at our expense.

I am not sure there is another company that would replace a product for free that the customer damaged.

We love our customers and only want them to enjoy our products and fill their homes full of Organic Aromas.

I see you may have missed the email explaining this return process. We need you to return the damaged one first before we send out the new one.

Please package up the damaged diffuser and send it back and receive a brand new one completely at our expense.

Our nebulizing diffusers come with a one-year warranty.

I was skeptical when I wanted to buy this item because as a web developer I knew this website was horrible and probably made in China. But i read the reviews (skeptical again because I had a feeling they were fake)

I decided I will give it a try and boy was i wrong. I bought an essential oil and the raindrop. After I purchased the order two days later they sent an e-mail stating that they do not deliver to Canada and I must pay $20 USD in express shipping.LIKE WHAT?? My credit card was already charged the price of this so I would lose the conversion anyways if I cancel the order. such a scam. So i ended up paying express. IF YOU DONT DELIVER TO CANADA THEN DONT LET US BUY IT.

Anyways I finally get my order and guess what. THE BOX WAS EMPTY. I was mortified. I spent over $300 CAD to get an empty box? So I emailed customer service who were far from helpful. They refused to process a refund stating that "the product must have been tampered with in transit" but took no accountability that they could have messed up.

Now i am out $300.

Save yourself and don't buy from this company they are a scam. I should have known better tbh.

And FYI, we cannot send to Canada if Canada Post does not accept packages due to covid! But we can send DHL, so thats why we asked you if you wanted to upgrade. You said yes! So we sent you your things.

You then said that you received the box but that it didnt contain anything! How could that be? Nothing in the box? Really? We don't believe that is possible. You say "THE BOX WAS EMPTY" yet in your complaint to Paypal you stated "I opened the box to find that one of my items is missing." Which is it? Are you missing one item or did you receive an empty box only???? What is the truth? We think you have changed your story too many times. Clearly, your representation is inconsistent.

You have not been 100% truthful in this process. Therefore, we cannot agree to your request for a full refund.

Amazing!

I have just received a Raindrop 3.0 Nebuliser from Organic Aromas, and i can safely say that compared to my old ultrasonic diffusers it blows them out the water!. Great customer service from a company who truly backs their products. They also include a free essential oil blend in the box that smells amazing. Don't hesitate if your on the fence about buying a Nebuliser!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I was gifted a $100 diffuser that upon setting up is SO loud. They claim it is ‘whisper quiet’ so I thought maybe it was faulty and sent in a video. They had their ‘experts’ review it and stated they didn’t hear any audible sound. It sounds like a propeller. My 5 year old couldn’t even sleep with it on across the room with it on the lowest setting. Please do not waste your money and please do not support a company with this lack of customer service.

Faulty product, terrible customer service. Avoid.

Bought an opulence nebuliser/diffuser...stopped working within 2 months, though the pump seems to have started giving up within the month. Let the company know, they want videos and descriptions, left me a long email about how to properly care for nebuliser, how they stand by their products. I would just have liked for someone to check why the pump stopped working after such a short period. It was carefully looked after. No real customer service, as you have to prove you didn’t break it, whilst taking a look would have probably answered their questions. Spent hundreds of dollars on their products, get an obviously faulty product, and they want to have abstract conversations and emails back and forth about what I could’ve done wrong whilst using the nebuliser. When I mentioned I only used their oils, then they suggested I maybe didn’t clean it properly. As mentioned to them, I followed instructions religiously. You have to jump through hoops, though you are the one who received the faulty product, even asked me why I had bought spares for my nebuliser ..waste of money, waste of time.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, we really appreciate it. Yes you are correct; we do stand behind our products 100% and back them with a 1 year warranty. This is our guarantee.

From our experience there are a couple things that can happen that lead people to believe there diffusers are broken. To save time and money we offer some back and forth troubleshooting through email that solves the issue 90% of the time.

The two things that happen are the essential oil causes a clog or a blockage in the micro-tubes. This can easily be fixed with a quick clean using high percentage isopropyl alcohol and the plastic pipette we provide in the packaging. Just suck up some alcohol, hold the pipette over the micro-tubes and flush the nasty clog away.

If the diffuser still has trouble diffusing we like to make sure the base is working. We ask the customers to send in a short video to determine if this is the issue. On several occasions we have found customers to allow essential oils to permeate the base which causes the pump to malfunction. This most often occurs while refilling the diffuser and oil dribbling down outside the glass and into the diffuser base.

I don't think in any instance we said you need to prove you didn't break it. We only require our agents to obtain a video for reference when processing a return. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label so it doesn't cost you anything to send it in. We only ask for you to follow steps before completing the return.

If your diffuser is even outside the one-year warranty we will still fix your diffuser for FREE. We only require you pay for the shipping to get the diffuser to our nearest representative. I am not sure there is another company out there that stands behind their product more.

I apologize if our troubleshooting procedure has caused you any inconvenience.

We are still happy to send you a new diffuser.

We look forward to your reply so we can solve this immediately.

No plastic, easy purchase, quick ship, elegant products & great EOs

I bought 2 nebulizers for our home and office and one traveling one for the car. Their products are amazing. Purchase and shipment were seamless and fast. Their oils are also yummy. Their signature blend is delightful. Thank you for the quick shipment and great products. I love that I do not have to use water in my nebulizers, they cycle on and off, and are beautifully crafted without plastic parts for the ones in the home. YAY. Thank you Organic Aromas.
