I have been treated by Ben for about a year now and would highly recommend him and The Orchard Clinic without hesitation. Ben has consistently relieved my pain from having a hip issue and secondary muscular problems deriving from. He is patient, knowledgeable and honest and although he can't 'fix me' I certainly know if I miss a session!

I had a sports massage with Charlotte. She was brilliant. Not only was she so knowledgeable that it is clear she has studied her craft for a long time, but she had practical experience and advice that was suited to me and my issues. Charlotte has also been in contact via email since my appointment with useful information and support surrounding the conversation we had.
I have also seen Katie in the past for osteopathy who is also clearly excellent in her field. She has been a great help to me and my back.
I thoroughly recommend the Orchard Clinic.

I had an initial Osteopathy session with Ben last Saturday. I've had positive and slightly less positive experiences with different Osteopaths over the last 25 years, but in this case I had a very positive experience.

Ben's diagnosis of my shoulder (and surrounding tissue) problems seemed spot on and his ability to articulate the problems and the plan of action gave me complete confidence in his ability.

Very professional and informative over things I assumed to be correct in the past regarding muscles and myfacial techniques.

I first visited the clinic two years ago and have stated regularly appointments again recently, every time I have been they have been exceptional. They helped me both short term and longer term. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

As always, the treatment provided at The Orchard Clinic aids short term recovery but a huge added benefit is the advice and exercise plans designed to minimise recurrence of the complaint that requires the treatment.

Would recommend The Orchard Clinic to anyone seeking osteopathic treatment within a very knowledgeable practice.

I have had treatments with Katie for some time now. Always excellent, she always find the right pressure to relieve tenderness without hurting.Lots of knowledge and expertise, lots of advice and absolutely profesional. I also love the atmosphere at the Great Denham clinic: spotless clean, relaxing music and SPA scent, make you feel comfortable all times.
My husband has regular massage with Ben at Fitness First and he couldnt be happier, same as Kate, excellent knowledge and expertise and able to alleviate pains without hurting. My husband prefers Fitness Firts as it is cooler there ( as next to weight lifting room) .

Excellent service from start to finish. Very friendly. Instant relief from pain on toe. Evening appointments and easy access with parking. Highly recommend.

I have attended the Orchard Clinic on a number occasions and have found their service, their expertise and their advice to be first class. Katie is a superb practitioner, with a wealth of knowledge and a unique style that engenders a feeling of 'wellbeing' after each visit. Ben is also extremely knowledgeable and is able to diagnose and identify the root causes of various musculoskeletal ailments, and provide positive interventions. He is also very adept at offering simple and practical advice tips to eliminate or reduce a range of conditions. All in all a very well run business with first class practitioners.

I really enjoy my regular visits to Katie and wish I had tried osteopathy years ago. She is very knowledgeable and professional while at the same time very warm, friendly and caring. Her treatments have really made a difference.
A while ago my son had a problem and saw Ben at Fitness First who was also brilliant and quickly helped him sort the problem.

I have been treated by Katie for a range of back , shoulder and neck problems over a 3 year period. She delivers absolutely first class service every visit. Her manner is so friendly and reassuring but also professional in every way. Three other members of my family are also patients and the Orchard is the only practitioner that I would recommend. If you have any kind of muscular issue, pain, tightness , weakness etc I guarantee that you will not regret being treated by Katie.

Katie is a fantastic osteopath and highly knowledgeable, she never fails to help with a myriad of complaints! Ellie and Shona are great too for podiatry, can't fault any of the services on offer at the clinic.

Have been having problems with my foot for a number of years now. It was misdiagnosed a few times. Since coming to the Orchard Osteopathy Clinic and seeing first Ellie and then Shona, the treatment I am currently receiving appears to be working. It's a slow process, but I am walking more freely and comfortably now than I have for a long time.

Brilliant treatment as usual. Katie worked hard on my problem and feeling so much better already, and am doing the exercises she recommended to help keep the improvement going until my next appointment.
