Trying to return 2 X nest organisers that I bought on sale this month. They are not deep enough to fit a charger and don't charge independently as the photos suggest on their website.
Their return email asks for photos to show the item in its original packaging and yet the email doesn't let me send a reply...feels like a scam

I have procured a couple of standard key organizers in polymer (plastic) for my girlfriend and father. They have hold quite well. The black seems quite good, the pink has some discoloration, but was expected. Very happy with both!
On the other hand, I’ve purchased for myself a vegan leather (I.e. cactus) which did not hold well after 1+ year. Nonetheless, the company issued a replacement for a genuine leather (since they discontinued the cactus). Support has been great and as such I definitely recommend them!

I placed an order last November 29, 2024 and I received an email for the order confirmation and invoice.
During that time no details shown on their website about the Canada Post strike not until December 3, 2024. They should already know that Canada Post strike is already happening since its already been weeks since it started. They let people order during Black Friday then only to tell that we can cancel our order or change to a different order.
I reached out to them via hello@[yourdomain] last December 4, 2024 but still doesn’t get any feedback from them. They should be atleast active to answer customer queries given the situation.
I’m really disappointed on my first purchase. Would not recommend due to this kind of customer service
I wanted to cancel my order and refund whatever is charged to my credit card

Been eyeing the Hybrid Obi won kenodi sleeve for a while and then finally a killer sale. So I purchased on November 15 and by November 20 all I hear is crickets. No updates to tracking. No response from orbit key other than a non-response email with 0 information to my request.
I can't get ahold of anyone for updates yet aloney 150 bucks back
Such a disappointment and embarassing for this company. They should be ashamed of themselves

I've kickstarted a few items so far & have always been happy with the speed of delivery & quality.
My 1st direct order, I received a damaged parcel & tried to return but was told to pay for the return myself & that I'd have to pay taxes, local duty etc.
I don't think I'll bother again, just trying tk get my cash back still.

10/10 Customer service!! We experienced an issue with our order and emailed to let the team know what had happened. As this was after hours we didn't expect a reply until the next day, however, to our surprise the team reached out to us that evening!

Black friday was advertised to start Tuesday. The countdown timer finished website said black friday sale started no discount code needed. I purchased a hybrid black sleeve. The next day I was think about purchasing a few other things I had my eye on. There I found out that I was charged full price and not the black Friday sale price. I immediately emailed to just ask for a refund of the extra I was charged. To my shock. I was offered store credit! I was a first time customer and I had requested in my initial email for refund of the difference so couldn't understand why they wanted to offer something I didn't want. I immediately replied back and said I would like refund of the difference or full refund. Now nobody will reply either customer service, socials. Really upset with the really bad customer experience and service. I don't think I am asking too much for just the difference of what I was overcharged. I will not be shopping at Orbit key in the future or recommending them to anyone. My rating is zero stars, the trust pilot systems requires giving 1 star as standard.

Great experience!
I had to return my item because I wanted to change color, so the return is super simple (just too bad that the return is at our expense, but I think we are just too used to web giants like Amazon), I got Alexis by email, with whom I was able to exchange. Very attentive and we were able to directly organize the product exchange, without making a refund, which is more practical! I highly recommend!

Bought the black active key organiser. After 2 years and 2 months the band snapped. So just outside of warranty.
Partner has a leather one which is still intact so 3 stars.

Products are cool andnice for organizing. Downside with the deskmat I ordered is that the tracking for mice is not that great. Do not buy if you plan on gaming with it

I supported a Kickstarter campaign that went live two months ago. I received a dispatch notification with a non-functional tracking number which FedEx doesn't recognize.
They sent out a generic email beginning of Sept to all backers mentioning some fulfilment issues but said they should be fixed promptly.
However, it's been a month since and still no tracking updates or product delivery.
More concerningly I followed up with 5 emails to get a better idea of my order status and have yet to hear back from them.
I have used their key organiser since 2017, so their products are decent however seeing the poor ratings and reviews on Trust Pilot it's clear to me that it's best to buy Orbitkey products from a more reputable third-party store.
Update (Updated original rating from 2 to 4 stars):
It turns out that I did get a reply each time but as Gmail deemed their support email as spam it got blocked.

I have sent two emails regarding a late order which has yet to even be shipped, after a week of sending emails still no response. I love their design but this service has just been horrendous, I ordered products from Aer the same day I put my order in at orbitkey and have already recieved and used those for multiple days while the orbitkey products have yet to ship. The worse part is the lack of response from anyone, just a horrible experience all around especially considering how expensive these products are. Please look at other companies such as Aer, Evergoods, and Alpaka that will actually take care of you and deliver the products on time. The thing is these products were ordered based on the expected shipping times, this upcoming weekend I leave overseas for a few months and there will be no one to receive the package if it ever even comes, a literal waste of 120 dollars.

I am yet to recieve my item, the courier hasnt even had it from OrbitKey yet, I get delayed responses from Instagram, all emails that i send them immediatly bouceback. Will not be using this company again, would appear its just a big online scam.

The wireless charging feature does not increase the charge on any of the phones I've tried it with. The phone recognises the charge, but however long it's left, the battery does not increase. I've contacted Orbitkey and been told that the charger is working correctly and it's not faulty. I would not recommend.
