I purchased several of their products including the desk mat and key fob. Shipping was quick and despite having a minor issue with the key fob, they worked quickly to resolve it. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Items packaged poorly and inevitably damaged during shipping.
Return system doesn’t work.
Want to charge me $10 to return items even though they have a “30 day money back guarantee” and require photos of the items for some insane reason.
After sending said photos they still have not replied to send me a return label.
I now will likely have to submit a charge back with my credit card.
Edit: Regarding the reply below, They’re making it clear the end consumer has to be more mindful of return shipping the product than they were in sending it to us in the first place. Oh and we have to pay for that process.

Received great support from England, and the rest of OrbitKey team.
I was gifted the Nest v2 and but started having issues with the wireless charging. I reached out to OrbitKey for warranty and received prompt support. I was shipped replacement Nest v2 and received it within a week (in Canada). Looking forward to trying their other products.

I ordered an item from Orbit Key, paid for express shipping! 6 days have passed and item hasn’t been received by courier. Website states 2-4 days from Netherlands to Germany! Customer service e-mail me saying 2-3 weeks. I’ve asked for a refund! Wont hold my breath! Strangely for a company in Europe customer service opens at 11pm - Obviously shipping from HONG KONG and the website info is nonsense.
Edit - Response to reply! “ so your telling me it costs €10.00 to ship an item weighing less than 100 grams by standard delivery “ you must be using the slowest and most expensive service in the world.
Update - This was shipped form the Netherlands, unfortunately it took several attempts at contacting them and them telling me it was on the way??? Before I finally seen it had shipped, it seems they were not entirely honest about the items dispatch! Very unfortunate as this is the second key holder I’ve purchased and they are incredibly well made and definitely worth the money. Come on guys - ship the orders or be transparent about delays. Better to be told orders are taking longer then you don’t let people down! 5* product 1* delivery

If you're in Canada, be aware of the misleading shipping and pricing practices. The website displays prices in CAD, creating a false sense of transparency - it’s deceptive. They don’t disclose upfront that there is a shipping fee and you’ll be hit with unexpected duties after purchase. No reputable brand operates this way.
The product is solid, but I’m never buying from them again.

Always loved hearing about orbitkey’s products so I jumped on the chance of ordering the 2 in 1 tech pouch.
Had a problem with the first order as my parcel was lost but I can’t fault their customer service team who were quick to resolve the issue by sending out another pouch.
Definitely made my tech organisation a whole lot better

Always loved using Orbitkey Key Organiser. Been an avid user for many years. When Orbitkey Key Organiser Pro was announced, I jumped right on it! Undeniably high quality products. I have three of their products now. Recently purchased the key holder pro and stupidly threw away the quick access key piece. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement key holder at no charge. Very impressed by them in every way.

I received a damaged desk mat. It's clearly a mat that someone else ordered, damaged, and returned, and yet somehow it was sold to me at full price. The case that holds the magnetic slider was basically destroyed, and the vegan leather top of the mat was scuffed.
This is a bulky product that would be hard for me to repackage and return, so I asked for a partial refund. They're offering to send me another mat, but I don't really want a duplicate...I don't want the damaged one to end up in the garbage, and I don't want a second one. I would happily have accepted a partial refund to just make up for the fact that I clearly received an item that's in "used" condition.
I think it's a lost cause. I am waiting full days in between support emails, and it's ultimately just not worth my time to quibble. But I'm really disappointed to have paid so much for a product that was in bad condition. Wouldn't consider ordering from here again/would warn others not to order from here.

I like Orbitkey's products, especially for EDC, but honestly they're not significantly superior to some other EDC brands out there.
What I appreciate is their service. My order was delayed due to the Canada Post strike and I feared that it got lost in limbo. I sent a message to their customer service, and indeed they confirmed that the package tracking was lost. Furthermore, from the time since I placed my order, some of the items had gone out of stock, adding to the complication. Their customer service agent helped me by offering me a few options, such as a full refund, or resending the available items and refunding the unavailable items. I asked if I can substitute other items instead of the unavailable ones, and they confirmed that option can be done. They promptly sent out the package and it arrived within a few days. They also followed up to check if my order had arrived and if the items were as expected, so I appreciate their continued aftercare.

There is no other explanation than that they are making fun of me. I receive a notification that the package has been delivered but it is not actually delivered to my neighbor. After that, they immediately respond to my report and offering the same item to ship. So I send them an email, asking if I could please have a gift card for the value I spent, instead of the same item that was NOT delivered to me (order e94822). Five days have passed since then. I send them another email, again asking to have a gift card instead of the undelivered item. In response, what do they do? They continue to ignore me. However, they send a spam email asking me to review the item that I did NOT receive "we'd love to hear from you". You know what? I would like to hear from you too, since you disappeared. And up until now I have always had respect for everyone. I have been kind in my messages. I was even willing to ask not for a refund, which I would be entitled to, but for a gift card, just to avoid any issues and give you another chance. If this is how you treat a customer who makes their first purchase from you, well, congratulations, you are really convincing me of you being professional. I sent F-I-V-E emails to get O-N-E answer.
